Backstory: Peter Wellington is the leader of the Neo Outlaws. When he was five years old, his parents were a couple of vigilantes who brought down every criminal they faced. His father was an old friend of Jason Todd, who used to be known as the brutal vigilante known as Red Hood. His father trusted Jason to train him, and he did so. Many years later, Peter became the new Red Hood and started saving innocent citizens from terrorists, rapists, murderers and other villains. He met a man known as Raiden when he was about to be taken to be akumatized by Hawkmoth. He killed Hawkmoth's akumas and saved Raiden, who joined the Neo Outlaws to save Paris from Hawkmoth. Peter will find new recruits to join the Neo Outlaws to defeat Hawkmoth once and for all.
