It started as a silly dream.

Playing for live audiences and hearing those loud screams of approval and want, that's what George could only dream to have.

Even when he was just a young kid hardly surviving middle school in London it's all he wanted. To play in a band and feel the rush of adrenaline as he played his heart out on stage.

When George turned ten years old, his family finally scraped up enough money to buy him his own drum set. He was so very grateful for them. They never had much money, so just this small act of kindness from his family made him so glad to have them in his life.

George was happy. He loved his life, even if he believed he wouldn't get to live out his dreams, or so he thought.

When George turned fifteen, his parents had made the decision of moving them to America. Not his ideal choice but he would live with it. His little sister seemed excited however. She believed they could use the fresh start.

They ended up moving to Los Angeles, where things moved and were done differently than in London, but George didn't mind.

He there started high school at Lakeside, where he met his closest friends and soon to be band mates.

The first person he met was Karl. He was nothing but a ray of sunshine and was an absolute sweetheart. George became very close to him within just the first few days of starting high school. It turns out, he loved to play guitar.

After a few weeks, Karl introduced him to his whole friend group, and they were all so lovely.

Tina, a short and kind girl, who loved to sing. You would often hear her laugh and feel a sense of comfort. Tina had no problem making you smile at all.

The next person George met was Corpse. No, that obviously wasn't his real name, but what he preferred to be called. George had a hard time connecting with Corpse at first because he was so quiet and shut off. He was sure if they could really become friends at all until George figured out they both liked music, just like the rest of their friend group oddly enough, and they bonded with that topic.

And the last person George was met with was Brooke. Brooke was the type of girl people would expect to be a cheerleader out of some romance movie. Blonde, very polite, and definitely had the guys falling at her feet. But she was quite the opposite actually. Brooke liked to play the keyboard and make art. She liked staying in and reading books while drinking some tea instead of going out to some party. She quickly became attracted to George, almost like a protective older sister.

With his newly found friends around, George felt like high school would be a breeze, and it was.

In the three years he had known them, they all went three heartbreaks, relationship struggles, and many hardships, but it brought them closer together.

During their junior year of high school, the formed a band by the name of 404. People they went to school with told them to give up, because it would go no where, but that's where they all went wrong.

You see, by the time the talent show came along in their senior year, they were ready to perform one of their own songs, one they wrote themselves, and as you would have it, they came in first place.

They thought that would be the end of their band journey. High school was ending, they would have to move on with their lives and forget some silly band they formed for fun, and soon grow distant.

But they were once again wrong.

After that talent show, an agent from a big company wanted to book them, wanted them in the music industry, and who were they to say no.
