I ended up hiding my journal in between my mattresses. Sage tried to tell our parents but without proof they didn't believe her. She swore up and down that I had a journal about murder and death. No one at home ever believed her, and eventually even the school didn't believe her. The whole school thought she had found it outside and claimed it was mine. I thought our feud was over, boy was I mistaken. It was right after 2nd period and I was getting my books from my locker. I opened my locker and a note fell out. "You look beautiful today <3 - your secret admirer." When I say I couldn't believe it, I mean I didn't believe it. I knew it was probably Sage getting back at me so I knew not to. I did appreciate the compliments though. It was always something different every day. "Your hair is perfect today." "Your eyes are the most beautiful hazel eyes I've ever seen." "Your so much prettier than your Sage." I knew this was faker than some girls asses. The compliments were sweet, and boosted my already high confidence. It got to the point where I was getting gifts. I was getting things like bears, chocolate, flowers, I even got a rainforest scented candle. The candle was my favorite, I always loved nature. "I would like to reveal myself to you, please meet me at the park down the street after school at 5:30. -Love your admirer <3" Sage had wanted to meet me in the park. I was wondering what scheme she had made this time then I thought that this was the perfect time to get the revenge I deserve.
