Courtney's pov
When I got to Brent's house I rang the doorbell. His mom answered the door and told me i could go on up. I walked into his room and surprisingly it was very clean. I sat at Brent's desk while he closed the door. He sat on his bed and we opened up our textbooks and started studying.

His mom came up at 10 and told me it was time to leave. I started to walk away when Brent asked me if I wanted him to walk me home. I said ya. He told him parents he was gonna walk me home. I only lived 4 blocks away so the walk was pretty short. We walked to my door and he said said see you at school and walked back to his house. As soon as I entered the living room my father asked me who was that boy I was outside with. I told him "That was Brent my friend I studied with tonight." He got mad after I said that. " You didn't tell me u were studying with a boy." I replied cockily with "I said a friend." And I walked up to my room and shut the door. I got a txt from Brent. It said Good night beautiful. I blushed and plugged my phone in. I changed into pajamas brushed my teeth and put my hair in a bun and went to my bed and fell asleep.
