I was currently watching from the shadows and everything looked like it was settling down, though where Anubis was. I did not know all I knew is that something was blocking me from seeing his memories.

Most likely the traitor but if it were serious Ammit would most likely inform me, Horus was setting in nicely to being on the throne. Isis is power hungry like always, Hathor is being a stalker.

I overheard Ra scolding herself for not intervening though I did not trust her yet after all she like Isis could have stopped Osiris. Maat and Thoth were being lovey-dovey but I don't think Horus knew that I kept a watchful eye on that falcon of his that he created.

Poor boy still couldn't find us, Nut was still bothering father about where we were " Bitch " I whispered under my breath. She had every chance to help Seth, to stop him or try to convince him otherwise but noooo~ she just watched it all go to hell of course.

When I looked through my normal eyes I was still in the kitchen I had managed to move Seth into here so I'd have more space to do stuff. Speaking of Seth his eye focus whenever I speak to him now letting me now his mind has almost full woken back up.

" Hey Seth? " I asked him I watched as his eyes focused and he looked at me since we were sitting on the opposite sides of the table. " What did someone say to another when they come bearing gifts? " I asked hoping to tell Seth a joke.

He just blinked once at me and his eyes appeared to say, I don't know what? I smiled and said " I come bearing glyphs " I smiled as an awkward quietness answered me back until I heard a quite huff come Seth.

I knew it was a laugh, he may not be smiling but he did let out a laugh which made my smile grow impossibly wide. " Want hear another one? " I asked and it was very faint dam near unnoticeable if it weren't for where I disappeared to all those years ago.

But his head tilt up and down and so that's what I did I told him another joke, and another and another, some got a lip twitch others got another huff out of him but it made me very happy. I eventually ran out of jokes until I heard a few very, VERY quiet words come from the opposite side of the table.

" What do you call a sick man? " I looked at him in shock and blinked a few times....This was the first time he had spoken to me since I returned to Egypt. I smiled and said " I don't know Seth what do you call a sick man? "

I saw him give a small smile with no teeth and say " A sir Cough-a-gus " It was pure silence for until I started to chuckle and then after a moment laugh like a madman. I was SO happy and the best part the first words my dear twin spoke to me was a joke.

After I had calmed down from my insane laughter, I looked at Seth like he had hung the stars to see him still smiling. " I've missed you Ruby " I said sweetly he gave another faint nod his eyes clear and focused I think by telling jokes I've managed to wake his mind up

" Do you want something to drink? Something to eat? " I asked him and he thought for a moment before letting out a whisper of.

" I want my twin " I looked and smiled kindly.

" Well you needn't worry Ruby, I'm not going anywhere " I replied his small grew a centimetre wider in thanks. I got up and sat next to him letting him watch me " You want to know what I've been doing while you weren't yourself? " I asked.
