The Unexpected Meeting

Sophie's POV 

I had decided on wearing a maroon red tunic with black leggings, a black cape and black boots. My hair was left down and my makeup was light. I was ready in nine minutes with one minute to spare. I quickly ran downstairs, grabbed one of the ripple puffs Edaline had made, shoved it into my mouth and quickly went to the leap master. Atlantis! I shouted and the light swept me away.

I reapeared in the middle of a busy street when I see Biana running towards me. " Sophie Sophie Sophie Sophie, why are you always late." She scolds. " Bianaaa literally I am only one minute late." " Well, you're still late." She says while flipping her long chocolate brown hair over her shoulder. " Any ways, which store should we go to first?" I ask her. " Ooh ooh, how about Dresses forever?" " Biana that is literally the biggest clothing store in all of Atlantis!" I complain. " Well deal with it." Biana says while pulling me towards the store. " Fineeee" I say. " We better not take too long"

Time skip to after they finish shopping at that store

" OMG the dresses there were amazing!" Biana squeals. "Glad we went there, I really liked the purple sparkly dress that I got. It looks so cute! The red one Is also very cute!" Biana starts talking all about the dresses and tunics that she got but I wasn't listening. I saw a familiar figure with styled blonde hair walking out of the jewelry store. "Keefe?" I thought. He can't be here though, he told me he was buying hair gel and that was almost 40 minutes ago. I don't think it takes that long to buy hair gel. " Maybe it is someone else" I thought but then the person turned around slightly and I saw ice blue. I gasped. "Could that be Keefe?" I thought but before I could react, the person light-leaped away. " No, that can't be Keefe" I thought " He would have came and said hi to me, wouldn't he?"

Keefe's POV

I chosen the ring and was walking out of the store when I heard a gasp. I turned my head slightly so that I could see what happened when I saw Sophie standing next to  Biana. Sophie was staring at me in confusion and I knew that I had to get out of here as fast as I could. She had already seen me walk out of the jewelry store so she would obviously get suspicious and I wanted it to be a surprise. I quickly pulled my pathfinder out of my pocket and light leaped away before she could do anything to figure out the surprise.

As soon as I came into my room I started pacing. Sophie obviously knew that I was the one at the jewelry store so tomorrow at the date, she might suspect something and I did not want that. I started searching my brain for ideas and I only came up with 3 ideas. One just go on with the plan and propose to her tomorrow at the date, two wait a little more so she forgets all about it and then propose to her, three go back to the store and buy a necklace or bracelet for her and pretend that it was all I got and then wait a couple of days for another date and then propose to her. I really didn't know what I should do.
