*laura's pov*
"STOP!" He yelled panting and sobbing as he ran as fast as he could, I chased him as he went round the corner I knew jay was waiting there for him, so I stopped running, and just jogged round the corner, he was screaming "STOP, SOMEBODY HELP" I took my headband off and shoved it in his mouth, we kicked him and shoved him I heard footsteps from behind me then they got faster "HEY!!" They called "WHAT ARE YOU DOING" they ran up to us "RUN" jay screamed and I did as fast as I could leaving the little fag lying in the middle of the alley way, me and jay waited behind a dumpster about a yard away, "that was close" jay panted
"Yeh" I said I guess I said it kinda sadly cause then jay asked "hey, what's up?"
"Dunno, I guess it's just,... Well I feel kinda bad for the freak I mean what did he do to us?"
"Don't feel bad, he's used to it by now, well he should be at least"
"Look, I gotta go" I said looking at my watch
"Why" jay asked pushing himself against me
"My family don't know I've gone and if they find out, we won't be aloud see each other anymore"
"Laura, your parents don't let you see me now, it won't change anything"
"Yeh it will, then they will know how I sneak out and then we really won't be able to see each other"
"Right" he said standing up, then he put out his hand so I took it as I stood up he held me tight and kissed me, "bye" he said
"Later" I answered
And ran off back down the alley
*Tylers pov*
I was so tired of this tired of being pushed around, but here I am getting chased by a bunch of a**holes
The only reason I put up with it is because I like Laura, but I was running from her, and she would never like me I am just an emo fag and everyone knows it, even I know it anyway I turned down Jackson alley twords the North of Jacobs street when suddenly bang a punch straight in the face, it was Jay I fell to the ground getting continuously kicked in the head I tried to scream but Laura put something in my mouth so couldn't then Michelle who worked in a local bar came to see what was going on "HEY!!" She yelled
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING" then the ran leaving me there bleeding I was cold and in pain Michelle picked me up
"Hey, buddy are you alright?" She asked
"Yeh, fine" I said shaking my head to keep consciousness
"Are ya sure? I mean that seemed pretty serious like what was that about?"
"A misunderstanding" I said " everything should be fine in the morning"
"Are you sure?" She said again as I got up "because you know ya can talk to me about anything,right?"
"I know" I answered
"Alright" she said dusting me off
"Ya want me to walk ya home?, explain to your ma?"
"No" I replied "but thanks"
"Alright" she said I smiled awkwardly and walked away
"Love ya lots, little guy" she called after me
"You to" I said loudly but never turning around
As I sat in the corner at the end of the alley about twenty minuets later I heard someone I stood up quickly in the darkness the I saw the shape of a girl, it was Laura
"Hi"she said
I looked at her she was crying
"Hi?" I said "what's wrong"
"Im so sorry" she said running over to me and wrapping her arms around me "I don't know why I did that to you" she sobbed into my chest
"It's okay" I said as she pulled away
"Tyler I have a reputation to uphold and tonight I realized that it's wrong what I'm doing it's wrong and I want you to know I'm sorry" she said
"It's fine" I reminded her she smiled then I said " oh" and I reached into my pocket then I pulled out her headband
"Here" I said handing it to her "thanks" she said hugged me one more time before turning around and leaving, that was the first time I had ever really talked to Laura without getting kicked or something, and it was good maybe she did think more of me more than I thought she did, at least I hope she does at least I hope.
