>SETTING and PREMISE: (In PJO Universe: This Underworld/Chthonic Goddess/Titan's power was not thoroughly understood and acknowledged. As one of the powerful beings besides the primordial ones who became one with the universe, Literally. EX. Gaea, Khaos, Tartarus) Hekate is just as very powerful as other the 'minor' gods who were also not discussed properly due to the poor PR of the ancient myths or they were not just easily witnessed, i guess?
This beings are not humans, human beings were created and copied from some of their likeness but the sheer height of their power, cannot be replicated and copied.
Minor gods- their powers are very VERSATILE, also very powerful due to loopholes that can be found in the binds of the ancient laws, but still inconvenienced by the poor PR from the myths and few witnesses
Major gods- their power are very SPECIFIC, are made more powerful due to the ancient laws, but also binded by the ancient laws and due to sufficient PR and witnesses it made them more powerful
Hekate heard a secret message powerful from the universe: There are other universes, the theory of the Multiple Universes and parallel ones that are just contnously creating/giving birth/growing one branch to another caused by some circumstances,events, choices and etc.
Hekate is truly on of the most powerful goddess even if she doesnt advertise herself thoroughly. One thing about her is that she is also very secretive. Sort of benevolent. Well for an ancient powerful being, she is. She takes in outcasts, for me it is also sort of a strategic, genius happy accident: Due to her 'kindness and generousness' actions it has led her to collect good karma and results
(EX. blessing some people with magic? since it is one of her domain? she gets more PR. Helping some fellow gods? she gets some reign over the heaven, sea and earth, etc.)
