The maids assisted her in getting dressed for dinner. They let her pick out what she wanted to wear. It seemed that her clothing looked different from the style of clothing that the manhwa usually shows. Perhaps they were from a different cultural background. She hummed in thought. Well, they did call her "Princess Mayari". It wasn't likely that she was related to the Imperial Family of Eldyme, considering how wildly different her appearance was compared to them.

Her fingers delicately ran through the fabric, feeling the detailed gold embroidery. A long red skirt and a white lace collarless blouse that was paired with a thin neck scarf or "pañuelo". Some gold and pearl jewelry could be used to complete the outfit to create a refined and sophisticated look, fit for royalty.

Wait.

This looked like a Maria Clara dress, which is a traditional dress for Filipinos. Was she the princess of a country based on the Philippines? What would that country even be called? Why was she comatose in

So many questions... At least Regef would be kind enough to provide the answers to them. Of course, she'll have to investigate herself after. She wasn't so idiotic as to trust him on his words alone, not when she knew how manipulative he could be in order to achieve his goals. After all, it's suspicious to her that she woke up from a coma in his castle if she's a princess from another country.

Soft brushes went through her silky pink tresses as the maid brushed her hair and fixed it into a braided bun. When she finished, she adorned her hair with gold butterfly hair clips with teardrop-shaped rubies hanging from the bottom. She wore pearl earrings and a lacy black choker that had a moon pendant hanging from the center.

Man, she's always thought that the outfits in this manhwa were so lavishly gorgeous and now she gets to wear them. She grinned at herself in the mirror with a giddy glint in her bicolored eyes. The maids watched her in amusement.

Knock, knock.

The nearest maid opened the door to reveal a brunette woman. Ah, that must be the lady in waiting who'd be escorting her to the dining room.

"Dinner is prepared. His Highness is waiting." Her voice was curt and polite, very professional. Was she Vera?

Mayari nodded and followed her.

As they walked through the hallways, she noticed a lot of people running around. It was a busy environment. "Is there an upcoming event? It seems quite lively today."

"Prince Regef's coronation is in two weeks. We're all working to make sure it's perfect for His Highness," she answered.

She feigned a curious expression, eyes widened and mouth parted. However, shock struck her within. Coronation? Did this happen in the story? She could only remember spoilers from the novel that Kayena became the empress and banished Regef. Was she somehow in an alternate timeline? Perhaps her character had something to do with it if she's here.

"Here we are," the lady in waiting opened the door for her, revealing a luxurious dining room.

A lengthy table stood at the center with chairs at the ends. At one end sat the prince himself, who stood up with a smile gracing his handsome face. So deceptively sweet looking that she sometimes fell for it while reading the manhwa. But now she can't afford making that kind of mistake if she wanted to survive.
