Explained

In this section of the story I will explain the world they are living in.

First off, a long time ago there was a ongoing war between human and vampires for a very long time, many say the humans started it with their greed and fear of what they do not know about these creatures.

The war was named The War Of The Devil, one of the worst war human kind had every faced, even worst than world war 3, this war lasted 200 ongoing years of fighting and bloodshed.

This war didn't just kill the soldiers on both sides it was killing residents as well, many not having enough food to survive because the war caused a shortage in the world, many homes were destroyed and left no shelter to the people.

But the ruling leader of the Vampires, Count Ventius Asumentri the 4th, had came into mind that this war was going to kill everyone and if that happened the war was pointless to begin with so he made an agreement with the Humans leader, James Lee Kim.

He gave a treaty to the human leader and wanted him to agree to it to bring them peace, these were the rules.

Amendment 1: Every being shall be treated with equity as they are born to the right of their own will.

Amendment 2: Individuals are able to choose their own religion without being restricted of their beliefs and government are not able to promote one religion over others.

Amendment 3: Magic is to not be forcibly taken from magic animals or beings, if caught Experimenting with one you shall be put on trial by law and argued fairly with the court.

Amendment 4: No Vampire or Human are allowed to murder one another, if so you will be put on trial and spend years in jail is found guilty by jury.

Amendment 5: Civilians have the right to Vote both man and woman.

Amendment 6: Police are not able to invade someone's privacy unless given a warrant to do so, having no warrant is a crime against privacy.

Amendment 7: Men and Woman are able to be whoever they want to be and be with whomever they want to be with, discrimination and homophobia is a crime and will cause you to get time in jail.

Amendment 6: the Government must help poorly families with their children if needed.

There is of course more but we will not get into all of them.

Now I will explain the biology of Vampires and their levels and what powers they usually hold depending on rank.

There are 4 sections for Vampires ranking, one of them is very rare and was lost a long time ago but let's start with the ones we know first.

A Royal Pure-Blood- The strongest Vampires currently to exist, they have red eyes to show that they are powerful, these Vampires magic consist of:
Telepathy
Teleporting
Great speed
The summoning of spiritual animals
The power to own a familiar
Power to Control Fire and Water
Able to give powers to others
The power to open portals to different worlds

Noble Vampires- Usually serving an pure blood Vampire as a butler, second strongest to exist, they have golden eyes as a color of royalty towards the higher ups, their Magic consists of:
Telepathy
Teleportation
The power to control light and nature
The power to open a portal to different locations or worlds
The power to summon a blessed or spiritual weapon
The power to protect a pure blood

Common Vampires: Usually as powerful as a human but still powerful and strong, usually normal eye colors like green,blue,brown etc. these vampires are not really able to hold magic, the only magic they would have is the power to summon a weapon for protection and that's it.

Blood Moon- also called the red moon, these are the times where Vampires are basically like in heat or rut, they get very blood thirsty on this day.

Their also able to completely mark their partner as theirs permanently on this day.

Male impregnating-  Pure blood and Noble Vampires have a certain magic in them that allows them to allow a male to bear their children.

If they have a male partner even if they are human, they can become fertile for them to get pregnant, commoners are rarely able to impregnate the male species but it sometimes and rarely happens.

If a human gets pregnant with a vampire breed, the process of pregnancy is a lot faster, only 6 months unlike when it's just a regular human it's nine months.

Having a Vampire bearing in a human can be painful especially if the carrier doesn't know or understand how to take care of the thing growing inside them.

Usually the birth giving does not hurt and usually comes out pretty quick and easy, within four week you can already tell the gender of the baby.

The carrier has to have an healthy enough body to provide the baby some of its blood while it's in the womb, if the carrier is weak it can result in a miscarriage or death when trying to give birth to the newborn.

But that rarely happens, many vampires know if their partners body is a little too weak to carry their child and tend to avoid getting them pregnant.

Male Vampires who carry babies are more easily able to give birth to another Vampire since the baby wouldn't be a mixed breed.

A pure blood baby that's mixed with a human is harder to carry since their a lot stronger than a normal baby noble or commoner vampire because it's a pure blood and it's human.

Imperial Vampires- this Vampire hasn't been around for a while, it was as if they went into hiding or suddenly disappeared.

These Vampire are the most rare and strongest Vampires, their literally able to anything when it comes to magic, their even able to make their own magic, these were the most heavily hunted Vampire race during the time of the war, many died because humans were greedy and wanted their power more than anything.

There used to be more than a million before suddenly they disappeared, many say they went into hiding knowing that even with todays modern rules where they aren't able to hunt anymore, they would still be secretly hunted if they came out of hiding anyways or sold as products.

Imperials are really hard to find, they're rare, they're able to disguise themselves even their pretty purple eye color.

Many mothers used to disguise their babies before their death so their kid could live an ok life.

But usually after a year of being 18 the magic that protected the baby to disguise them wears off.

Then the kid would be on their own to try and figure out what they are and how to hide it from greedy humans.

No one has seen one, the last sighting of one of these were in 1899, other than that there had been no sightings of a Vampire with Purple eyes.
