'Huh? It doesn't hurt anymore. Guess I either fainted or I died,'

'Okay, if I really did die and this really is the afterlife, I'm kinda disappointed. What am I supposed to do? I can't see anything. I can't hear anything. I can't feel anything. I can't taste anything. I can't smell anything. All of my senses are numb and it's kinda creepy,'

'I know it might've been too hopeful for the pearly white gates of Heaven, and maybe I'm not too sinful to deserve to go to Hell, but is this supposed to be Limbo or something?'

'I'M GONNA GO INSANE IF I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO! I CAN'T EVEN KEEP TRACK OF THE FUCKING TIME! HOW MUCH TIME HAS PASSED? HAS IT BEEN MERE SECONDS? OR HAS IT BEEN DAYS OR MONTHS OR EVEN YEARS?'

When Skai Kaishi regained consciousness, he was staring at a ceiling. 'What. The. Fuck.' 

He tried to sit up, but found that for some reason he lacked the strength to do so. 'Okay, it's understandable since I was hit by a truck,' He lifted his arms and held them up in above his face. 'Why are my arms so small and chubby?' He pulled at his face. 'Why do I have baby fat on my face? Also, this isn't my skin tone?'

"Your little brother's awake," A soft, female voice said and Skai heard footsteps approaching him. A woman with long brown hair and dark brown eyes smiled down at him.

'She's so big!' Skai mentally exclaimed. 'Is she a giant!? Wait, she just said little brother. She called me someone's little brother,'

Skai had read these types of scenarios in so many different fanfiction on Fanfiction.net, Wattpad, and Archive of Our Own. He was all too familiar with this confusion and these types of dialogue and thoughts.

'Holy fuck...' He gasped. 'I'VE BEEN FUCKING ISEKAI'D! WHAT THE FUCK!? WHY WAS I ISEKAI'D!? HOW DID THIS HAPPEN!? AHHHHH!!!'

After panicking for a couple more seconds, he finally calmed down. 'Okay, let me try to figure out how I ended up in this situation. I was walking home from the convenience store and then...I was chased by a truck. I was fucking hit by Truck-kun! I thought I was imagining things when I saw no driver, but if that wasn't a normal truck and it was actually Truck-kun, it all makes sense!'

'Okay, it doesn't make complete sense, but it makes more sense than it did a couple seconds ago! But isn't Truck-kun supposed to be fictional? He's just a trope that happens a lot in anime and manga! People in the Real World aren't supposed to be isekai'd! Wait...what if our world isn't really the Real World? What if we're just some story being read or watched by a higher being, like how we read and watch media in our world?'

'GAH! This is so confusing!'  He began to thrash his arms around in frustration. 'I'm feeling so many emotions right now! I'm angry and sad that I died! I'm happy that I'm experiencing something I thought was fictional! But I'm also sad that I was torn out of my own world! Is it possible for me to return home? I have a family back home. I have my parents and my siblings and my aunt and my uncle and my cousin. Why did I have to get isekai'd!?'

"Are you hungry?" The woman, who was apparently his mother in this new life, gently picked him up.

'NO! NO BREASTFEEDING!' Skai panicked but let out a sigh of relief when he was given a baby bottle full of formula instead. 'Oh thank Arceus. I don't know how the other dimensional reincarnations handle these things. This is already so fucking awkward and it doesn't need to get any weirder by me having to be breastfed, even if I am in the body of a child!'

He grudgingly began to drink the formula. 'I've written many dimensional travel stories like Mitsuharu, Fade to Darkness, Trapped in the Detective Conan World, Two Worlds Collide, and Sky Blue Eyes. Isn't there supposed to be a language barrier? I mean, Haru and Senichi were fine since they spoke English and were reborn in England. Trapped in the DC World was fine too because the OC-Inserts of Shuichi Akai, Akai4Ever, and GAAADASGM were written as bilingual, speaking both English and Japanese. Only Sora had a problem with the language when she was isekai'd. And as for the Union coming to the Real World...it was written as them randomly speaking English instead of Korean, but at least it was addressed even if it was briefly,'

He quickly became full and his new mother patted his back to help him burp. "Do you want to meet your big brother?" The woman asked.

'Big brother?' Skai questioned. 'I've always been the eldest child. Well, Sora's older than me but she's my cousin not sibling. Unless he's super evil, then I guess there's no reason not to meet my new brother. And it's better to have as many connections as possible while I'm in this world so I can live comfortably until I'm able to return to my own world,'

Skai's new brother looked to be around four or five years old with grey hair, dark brown eyes, and tan skin. "H-Hi Sangyoon. I'm Joowon Lee, your big brother," He waved nervously.

Skai stared at him silently. 'So my new name is Sangyoon Lee. I'm the younger brother of Joowon Lee, the future second-in-command of Cheongang...'

'WHAT THE FUCK!?' 

Skai just magically understands Korean just like how the Union magically spoke English and went by their English names in Two Worlds Collide.
