Mr romantic

It was the day of Sidneet's wedding reception.

Avu was so happy and excited for their reception party and Sid feeling happy after seeing her so excited.

She dressed up in her black and golden silk lehenga. Everyone was confused that how can black be the dress code for a reception party but after all it was Nigam family.

Avu was wearing her earrings in front of the mirror when Sid back hugged her.

Avu was shocked would be understatement.

A- Sid

S- Hmm.

He said while hiding his face in the crook of her neck.

A- What are you doing?

She stammered in nervousness.

S-Admiring my wife.

Sid said while inhaling the scent of her hair. He closed his eyes with a smile. Her hair had a scent of strawberries.

A- Sid I never thought that one day will come when you'll act so ... Ummm... Romantic.

Avu said with a tinge of blush on her cheeks. Sid rested his head on her shoulder and looked at her through the mirror.

S- We decided to give a chance to our marriage so I'm acting like all husband and wives do.

Sid said with a smile and avu smiled at him shyly.

Suddenly Ri barged into the room and looked at Sidneet in compromising position. He immediately closed his eyes while they were startled.

R-OH MY GOD! NOW I'VE TO WASH MY EYES WITH HOLY WATER TO MAINTAIN THEIR PURITY.

Sid went towards him and slapped his head.

S-Then why did you barge into a married couple's room without knocking?

Sid asked him while glaring at him.

R- But why is a married couple romancing without locking?

Ri said with a smirk and Sid's eyes widened in shock. Sid cleared his throat and looked at him.

S-Ri, why did you come here?

R-Oh! I forgot. Dadi is calling you both as all the guests have arrived.

A- Okay ri. We'll be there.

Avu said with a smile.

R-Anyways, bhabhi you're looking beautiful. If it was not your reception party then I would have definitely eloped with you.

Ri said with a grin and Sid glared at him.

He protectively wrapped his arms around Avu's waist.

S-Stop hitting on my wife and go find yourself a girl to marry. You're getting old.

Ri looked at him with widened eyes. Avu hit him on his chest and glared at him.

A-Stop being so mean, Sid. He was just kidding. He was just praising me unlike you.

S-Haawwww.. Did I not praise you?

A- Did you say I was looking beautiful or any of it's synonyms?

Avu looked at him with narrowed eyes and Sid was speechless.

S-I.... I....

R-Okay. Time's up. Let's go guys.

Ri left from there and Avu was about to Follow him when Sid pulled her towards him and she collided with his chest.

She looked into his eyes breathlessly. Sid tucked a hair strand behind her ear and pecked her forehead.

S-You look so ethereal that I can't take off my eyes from you. My heart is beating at a louder pace that I don't know how to control it.

Sid said while caressing her cheeks and Avu blushed to the deepest shade of red.

A-you're also looking not bad.

S-Seriously Avu, "not bad" Is what you got? Lets go down stairs and you'll see how every girl at the party will fall for my charms.

She looked at him with a frown.

A-And I'll strangle them if they laid their eyes on you.

Avu said with anger and Sid smirked at her.

S-Oooohhhhh! Someone is jealous.

Avu glared at him and Sid chuckled.

S-I'm only yours, Jaan.

A smile came on her lips and they headed down stairs. Sidneet reached the garden area and were surprised to see the beautiful decorations in the garden.

A- Wow! You all look so good.

They all smiled at her.

V-But you're looking the most beautiful.

Vaish praised her and Avu blushed.

Avu then looked at jai and cupped his face.

A- jai, are you fine? Did you eat? Are
you feeling bored?

J- Yes didi. I'm fine and I ate also. And no, I'm not feeling bored as I found a new friend.

Jai blushed a little and everyone looked at him in confusion. He then pointed at a girl around his age, who was sitting on one of the chairs.

Jai blushed while looking at her.

S- Nice choice buddy.

Sid said and jai blushed more.

R- Let's go man. I'll teach you some tricks of how to impress a girl.

Ri held his hand and took jai with him. Everyone rolled their eyes.

Sidneet sat on the stage on the swing where guests were congratulated them one by one.

The time started passing by and everyone had dinner.

Sidneet were sitting beside each other when Sid held her hand. Avu looked at him in confusion.

S- Thank you doing everything for me and my family, especially dadi. She's very happy to have you as a part of our family.

A- This is my family as well. And I'll do anything for you and this family, even if I've to die.

S-No. I'm the protector of this family and I'll always protect you and our family.

Avu smiled.

Now, Sid was introducing Avu to his business associates.

He introduced her to everyone and they had a great evening with there loved ones.
