ACT 0
PROLOUGE
"Everyone's here," the brunette calmly says, leaning elegantly on the pillar as she is swept away by the rich voice of the jazz singer's sweet and husky voice, warming and gentle as it runs like honey-backed up by the band. Gazing her eyes from the top balcony, hidden from the prying eyes of socialites Cadence donning a black empire-waisted gown with a tulle and lace skirt raised her flute of champagne to her lips and looked to her cousin Henrick.
The male leans on the balcony dressed in a military-style jacket with silver embellishments reflecting Daya's military. His eyes return back to his elder cousin, "Because Daya hasn't opened their borders to officials in years."
"For good reason," Cadence remarks as she looks down at everyone, "It's an exchange fest, look. Everyone's here because everyone knows Daya is a military power player. Which I directed thank you very much," she snuffs.
"They're calling Daya a living paradise," Henrick says as his elder cousin rolls her eyes as she joins her cousin.
"Because we're neutral, that's what happens when your country is not swept up into war," Cadence replies as they watch Allied Officials from all countries discuss. She moves her eyes to the stage and looks at the singer.
"Whose singing tonight?" Cadence inquires as her brother looks to the stage at the singer.
"That's Vinnie Kim, she was quite big before Maxvistan threatened Irea and took over the western borders," Henrick informed.
"Poor country, heard the diplomats are struggling to keep up with demands, and their second rebellion failed in the south," Cadence says watching her. "Isn't there any prejudice against her being Irean?"
