dream segments: A Meal With DY (1)

DREAM segments: "DY's Home-cooked Meal!" | A Meal With DY

"Annyeong!" DY smiles into the camera, "I was going to go out to eat, but it seems I can't find any of my members."

DY makes himself look presentable as he talks about how his day has been so far.

"Right now it is 11:00 in the morning. Actually, it's almost noon. I woke up about an hour ago. None of the DREAM members are in the dorm so I'm assuming they've gone to work. I'm going to visit TXT sunbaenims dorn to see if anyone's free."

DY takes a company car to TXT's dorm and when he arrives at their dorm he knocks on the door. He is surprised when the door doesn't open.

"There you go everyone. I'm pretty sure they all are busy working. I should probably wake up earlier next time." DY grins sheepishly into the camera.

"I'm going to go check ENHYPEN." DY said as he got back into the company car and went to ENHYPEN's dorm. When he arrived he knocked on the door and waited.

After several seconds of nothing, he turns around and begins to walk away. "Well, I guess no one's he-" Before he could finish his sentence, the door was opened by Jay.

"Hi." He says in English with a smile.

"Jay!" DY waves excitedly, "Everyone, it's a miracle. Jay is here."

"Wanna go out to eat?" DY asks.

"Can't we just eat here?" Jay asks, plopping himself onto the couch. DY follows after him. "Come on Jay. All of the members are gone, let's go get brunch." He insists.

"Ani, Doyeon. We can just eat here." He says. "Jay, you don't have anything in your fridge to cook a simple meal." DY says.

"Jay hyung bought groceries last week." Jay says.

"You do also realize that seven of you live here, right?" DY says.

Jay nods his head and walks over to the fridge. He takes a look inside. After a brief moment, he says, "Okay, you know what, maybe we should just eat at your dorm."

The camera cuts into a new scene. DY now sits comfortably on the chair of his dining table.

"I'm back and Jay promised to cook for me since we weren't going out to eat."

He points the camera from Jay and back to himself.

"Jay, what do you have to say?" DY says as Jay walks behind DY, leaning one hand on the dining table, to be in the camera's view.

"DY is lucky that out of the two of us, I'm the better cook." Jay says laughing a bit.

"Okay everyone, we'll be back with the final product." DY waves to the camera.

"Here it is! Jay's home cooked meal!" He smiles, "Jay-ssi, explain what inspired you to choose this dish?"

"Well, my mom used to make it when I was younger and it became my favorite dish that she makes. So, I cooked it for us." He says.

"Great. Let's eat!" DY says.

DY and Jay both dig into their meals. DY expresses how good the food is several times. They both go on talking about their lives, enjoying themselves before they finally finish.

DY finally prepares to end the video after cleaning up the table. He pulls Jay into the screen. "See you soon!" They both wave.

The camera cuts.
