His Lifelines

I am home Laddoo. Meri princess kha hai ? Karan entered home shouting and looking for his two princess.
It had been a long week outdoor shoot for him and now he just need his stressbusters in his arms.

" Papaaaaaa " came a shouting voicee and she just sprinted into Karan's arms.
Karan just gathered her in his arms and start giving her kisses making her laugh. Karan started giggling listing her laugh. This felt home this is what he wanted since a week.

"Mil liye  baap -beti , kisi ko mai yaad hu ya nahi ?"
came a voice breaking their moment.
"Tujhe bul k jha jaynge hum laddoo, Aaja " He called her opening his arms and she just sprinted into his arms hugging him tight remembering how hard it is to stay away from him even after years of being married.
They are still getting hang of staying away from each other due to work commitments and each time they behave like it's their first time.

"sunny i missed you"  she said with a cracking voice.
"Yeshhh Papa we missed you innnnaaa saraa " Manvi said opening her arms wide open.

"Awww , Papa missed you too bachaa" and hugged teja tightly conveying how much he missed his laddoo. He missed her consant care, how easily she take care of his every little thing even without voicing out. He can sense teja was still getting emotional in his arms.

"Achaa chalo ab hug break kare mujhe bukh lag rahi  hai , maine subah se kuch nh khaya h"  said karan trying to distract his emotional laddoo who was still hugging him tightly.
"Haww sunny i told you to eat food on time right "
said teja slapping him on his chest

"And my laddoo is back " karan muttered under his breath.
"Achaa chal ab bad mai dant lena phle khana kha le" karan said to save himself from scolding and looked over Manvi who was playing with his silver chain.
He still don't know what's this obsession of Manvi with his silver chain. She will just stay in his arms and play with silver chain for hours. Not that karan is complaining though. He always loved carrying his baby in his arms so no complaints . As after laddoo Manvi is the one who can bring peace to his heart. He would just forget the world infront of her.

"Achaa sunny tum fresh ho jao mai ur Manvi jb tak table lagate hai , hainnaa Mannnuuu" Teja said breaking his trance and taking Manvi in her arms.

Karan just kissed Teja's forhead murmuring I Love you and went to their room.

They were having their dinner while chatting and whole dinning table was filled with giggling sound of Manvi as karan was deliberately teasing his laddoo by feeding Manvi from his hand and Teja was missing feeding session from his sunny.

"I am not talking to you both " Teja huffed and turned to other side  pausing the giggling session of "BAAP-BETI"

"Apni beti se kon jealous hota h laddoo" Karan asked  with a smirk on his face

"Sunny par maine tere hatho se ek week se khana nh khaya , mainuuu bh khilaoooo " she said in her all time famous baby voice

"Achaa chal ab no more teasing aaja mera laddoo mai khilata hu mere dono babies ko khana " karan replied feeding a morsel to laddoo and Manvi.

"Achaa Mannuu, Papa ko btao to sahi aapne ky ky kiya jb papa yaha nh the" Asked karan seeing sleepy Manvi in his arms. He knew if he didn't engaged Manvi in his talk she's gonna sleep without completing her dinner which was something karan didn't want.

"Papa, Mannuu ne bhot masti ki , Mannuu Omi chachu k sath zoo bhi gyi wha usne bhot sare animals dekhe, aapko pta h maine ur mumma ne flozen (frozen) bh dekhii , maine ice-cleam (ice-cream) bh khayi ur ur mai ur mumma ne naa apke liye ek sup.. "

"Mannnviiiii " Teja suddenly shouted realising that manvi was about to tell karan about the secret that they both were planning for Karan.

" Manvii doll papa ko btao aapne zoo mai kon kon se animal dekhe ur omi chachu ne kya kara aapke sath" Teja tried to distract the topic before karan realise.

Manvi did realised what her mumma did and smiled sheepishly towards her mumma and started blabbering complaint of her "all-time trouble maker omi chachu" which successfully distracted karan.

Flashback :

It's Father's day this sunday and in past years Karan was always away from Manvi due to his movie's shoot. They did celebrated first father's day but at that time Manvi was only 8 month old. He always felt bad being away from Manvi on this day but teja always made him and Manvi realised that when they love someone each day should be celebrated.
But this year Karan will be with them so Manvi came up with her "innocent - idea" to suprise his daddy dearest.

"Mumma hum papa k liye fathel's day (father's day) p kuch kare " Manvi asked teja with all the excitement while clapping her hands.
Teja went all aww on her cute little munchkin.

"Ofcourse baby we can , achaa mera baby papa k liye kya karna chahta h "

And then "Maa-Beti" started planning for suprise.
