☁️ #1- waking up early ☁️

Waking up early can be for a variety of things....school, work, healthy routine or even if you like the view. Apart from that, waking up early helps reduce the stress level, be energetic and many other things. 

People do find it hard to wake up and at one point, I did too. But now... waking up at 5 AM is not a big deal for me. Wanna know how it is so easy?

The first time I woke up early ( six o clock during the pandemic, 😅 we all became lazy dw) was to learn cycling... yes I know... why didn't I learn cycling when I was 5..

I put alarms to wake myself up and did for a week, once I got in the routine... it came naturally. 

The first time I woke up at 5 was to complete some work and since I had to go to school, there's no doing it later... and the same thing...I started doing it again and again. 



It's not as hard people find it to be. Just believe in yourself.
