Story Line

Since Sharon Grund has a liver disease, they are stuck in one position. As soon as Sharon went to the hospital, her side effects had gotten worse. The only reason how they knew about the diagnosis was the enormous swelling in her legs. Sharon went to the hospital after she noticed the swelling. They made her stay for a whole week. During that week, she ended up staying during Christmas. She had a cat scan and the cirrhosis on the liver. The picture of how the liver looks in this illness is above. Now you see how bloated your stomach gets when you have cirrhosis of the liver. The new school gave a lot of support to each and every student attending the school. Star's story started to spread when she had to leave for a month. Star had to have a sit down talk with her social studies teacher. Mrs. Helmuth is the social studies teacher's name name. Mrs. Helmuth started telling her coworkers about Star's situation. Star already shared her story with her friends already. Now, Star is classified as the one who has a dying mother.
