"Ughh ," he took a deep breath , my moms moving to New York for a job offer she got for 3 years .

"Wait wh- " he cut me off .

"Bae don't worry I'm staying here I just gotta live with my dad and you know I don't like his new girl and if things don't work out with that living situation i gotta get another job and get my own crib ."

"Baby I will talk to my mom about you living with us in the guest room you already gotta lot on your plate ," I said looking at the ring he put on my fingers twirling it around.

After eating chipotle with my lady I dropped her off at home and drove to my place.

When I arrived home and walked in the House my mom said somebody was in the kitchen for me .

I looked around confused like I just dropped Kayla off and I know the boys won't be here until tomorrow after our game so I went to the kitchens to see sydeny... My ex the one that wanted to break me and Kayla up .

" Ma why the hell she in my house ?"

"Aye boy don't use that language in MY house she wanted to talk to you she came to the door step crying so I let her in and made her some tea now I'm going upstairs so y'all can talk ."
