the next day you woke up to dabi not being next to you.
at first you was confused on where he could have been and where he left to, you thought he had forgiven you for accusing him for her disappearance and the sex would of eased up the cut.
yet he wasn't beside you..
you remembered hearing the click of the front door but you thought he'd come back, you hoped even.

it made you wonder if he was even being honest in the first place? but you trusted him right?
"yeah.. he'll come back. i know toya. he'll come back!"

you gave him your body, your time, your attention even your love.

of course she was right he was going to come back you was just overthinking it.
you walked downstairs in your robe and started to prep breakfast, you got the bacon and eggs out of the fridge and reached the top cabinet for the frying pan.
you slowly turnt on the stove and began to prep.
you cracked the eggs into a bowl and seasoned them slightly before mixing them together and pouring them into the pan.
you toasted four slices of bread and cooked the bacon after the eggs was finished.
you got out two plates and put dabis coked bacon and eggs on one plate and yours on the second.
you ate your food slowly constantly looking at the front door in hope that he'd come back.
yet a minute led into hours and hours led into the evening.
it was 5PM and you heard nothing from him.
no text, no call, no knock on the door.
your mind was moving faster than a type writer it made you wonder if he really did have an involvement.
