Bad Day

My morning was complete shit. First, I woke up only to see my dogs decided to use the bathroom on my bed. Then, when I went to clean my sheets, I realized that I have no detergent. Then, I found out I have ZERO coffee in the house so I went to a café instead. I was hoping for a peaceful walk but....NO! In the 5 MINUTES it takes me to walk there, I was catcalled 9 FUCKING TIMES. LIKE ITS 8 IN THE MORNING AND THESE PERVS ARE PISSING ME OFF! *deep breath* Annnyyways, after getting coffe and going home to the safety of my house, I called Rhea.

"Hey y/n!" She answered happily. How the fuck is she this happy so early.

"Hey Rhea. I was wondering if I could join you in the gym today?" I asked tiredly.

"Of course! I'll pick you up at 10!" I agreed and hung up. Lets hope today gets better.

It's now 9:55 and I'm just eating a quick snack before Rhea picks me up. I also fed my dog and changed into my workout clothes. There's a knock at my door and I open it to see Rhea with a smile on her face.

"You ready for today's workout?" She asked as we got into the car. I just shrugged and ended up falling asleep the whole car ride to the gym.

"Y/n wake up we're here." I heard Rhea whisper. She was lightly shaking me and I woke up with a big yawn. We got our bags and headed into the gym. After setting our things into our lockers there, I decided to start with my abs. Rhea told me that she would be by the weight benches if I needed anything. The weight benches were a little farther away than I thought but we could still see each other so I was fine.

I was doing sit- ups when a really buff dude came up to me. He began to use the weights next to me so I thought nothing of it. He was one of those guys that would make unnecessary noises when working out. I looked over at him and he winked at me. I got up to go start my arms and legs when he grabbed my arm.

"Hey baby you look nice. Wanna workout with me? I mean of course you do I'm too hot for you to say no." He said cockily. I glared at him and ripped my arm away. When I tried turning back he grabbed both my shoulder and turned me to him. One of his arms wrapped around my waist and prevented me from moving. "Cmon baby you know you want to" this dude is disgusting.

I was starting to worry because I hate when people touch me unless I have a strong relationship with them. I tried my hardest to push him away but I couldn't.

"Hey mate could maybe not touch her?" I sighed with relief when I heard the familiar Australian accent. She was able to get me away from the guys and pulled me to the locker rooms near our lockers. "You okay?" She asked.

All my mind could think about was how horrible today was. And just when I thought it was getting better, that dude had to ruin it. I felt my chest tighter and my breathing shallowed. My hands began to claw at my chest, desperate to get some air. I guess to top off this bad morning, I was having a panic attack.

Rhea took notice of this and quickly pulled me too her. "Hey y/n it ok I'm right here ok?" She said calmly. Her hands cupped my face and she made sure we kept eye contact. Me eyes stayed glued to hers as her hands held mine to her chest. "Follow my breathing. Your okay. That's it, in...and out.... Good." She took deep breaths in and out all while keeping her eyes on mine and my hands to her chest so I could copy her breathing. My breathing was calming and when she new I was okay, she wiped the tears off my face. "Lets take you home okay?" I nodded my head and she grabbed both our things and we left the gym.

We were in the car, on the way to my house when I decided to talk.

"Rhea?" I said in a quiet tone.

"Hmm?" She responded, not taking her eyes of the road.

"Can I stay at yours for today? We can pick up Rocco (your dog) then stay at yours. I think Rocco would like to see Barry again. Plus I think having the pets there would make me feel better."  I asked. It's was almost lunch so I was feeling a bit hungry but, with everything today I don't think I'd be able to make myself proper food.

"Of course! I think everyone misses you both. And I can makes us lunch and dinner. You can also just use my clothes for bed." She held my hand as she spoke. I smiled and leaned against the window. I took another nap and hopefully when I wake up we'll be at Rheas.

She always makes my bad days better.
