A hard hit

The doctor walked in he told me to get up and that he had some bad news. "your mom and dad have passed away."
I fell to the ground why, what, when, how. " you will be put in a foster home unless you have other family." But I don't; then it it hit me I have never had a family just a place to stay and eat. "We'll do you mis." " no I don't." It felt like a baseball just hit me in the the face. Maybe it's for the best or maybe I just can't think. It's all happening to fast for me to grasp anything. I just wish someone understood stood me just maybe just once I wouldn't ask for anything more
