Betrayal

Anxiety is a shadow version of yourself. Always following, always watching and always present. You can't get rid of it completely, it always comes back. And when it feels hungry? It strikes.

Clementine Henry's heart pounded viciously as she came to sense of what was happening. Her fear was a wicked enemy that held her hostage in an iron grip. Her hand was uncontrollably shaking as she saw a deep red colour oozing out of her body.

A tall figure stood in front of Clementine. It was a man. He had light brown hair, and chiseled facial features. His skin was olive and he had light freckles scattered all over his face in an orderly fashion. He had mesmerizing forest green eyes, that looks curious and passionate, that captures you with just one glance.

He had toned up muscle structure and large veins throughout his arms. They curved up to his rock hard biceps which then followed up to his broad chest. Although he was wearing clothes, you could still see his impressively, well- defined abs.

As clementine moved her focus onto his face. She could almost decipher exactly what he was thinking. The guilt is weighing him down. He wished he could have turned back time. "I'm sorry, this has to be done, before your evil spreads throughout the world" he quivered remorsefully.

"You're scaring me. Honey, you're scaring me." she followed his eyes as he slowly looked down to his hand. There in his hand, was the last thing she ever expected. Shaking with fear, he tightly gripped the unknown item.

He slowly moved towards her, whilst scanning the room hoping that no-one would see him. Clementine then was able to clearly see the unknown item he was holding. There in his hands, he was holding a brutally sharp knife.

Betrayal is like razors slashing at your heart. The wounds are so deep and you have to allow yourself to feel the pain. "No, please no" Clementine pleaded. This man that Clementine trusted and knew her whole life, now looked like a complete stranger to her.
