"Ya see Levi, this is why we can't do nice things!" you exclaimed as you walked on the pavement with the shortie. You had just left a breakfast diner, and you didn't even get to finish your meal til Levi got you two kicked out. You both had take out boxes in your hands.

"Tch, it's not my fault the guy wouldn't stop drooling over you." Levi grumbled.

"Well you didn't need to break his arm over it!" You cried out.

Levi rolled his eyes, not responding. He was too prideful to admit he'd done wrong.

"Your lucky we only got kicked out and not arrested.." you mumbled.

"Just like your mom. I had to scare away the boys that flirted with her too. God this is like terrible deja vu.." Levi groaned, closing his eyes and pinching his nose bridge with his free hand.

"Oh yeah? Well did you ever break a guys arm over her..?" you raised an eyebrow, asking in a demanding tone. He shook his head, looking deep in thought.

"No but... I did hold a guy at knifepoint.." a look of shock took over your face, while Levi looked perfectly serene, despite the gravity of the statement.

"Excuse me?"

You two eventually made your way to the car, but only to see some familiar faces in the parking lot. Jean, Armin, and Connie.

Welp.. This isn't going to be good😀..

"Y/N! Professor Ackerman! Hey!" Armin hurried over with a big smile plastered on his face, Connie and Jean reluctantly following.

"Tch, at least you have one good friend Y/N.." you elbowed Levi in the arm, motioning for him to shutup. Which he obviously didn't...

"Armin. Why are you hanging out with these losers?" Levi's eyes darted between Connie and Jean, you saw look of offense on their faces and held back giggles. Armin's smile dropped to a look of confusion while the duo in the back started to look pissed off.

"WHAT'D YOU SAY OLD MAN?!" Jean started yelling but Connie held him back.

"Uhm, these are my friends sir.. So is Y/N!" Armin nervously chuckled. Levi rolled his eyes.

"Whatever, at least Y/N has someone good.." Levi patted Armin's head stiffly before getting in the car, leaving Armin with a lingering look of confusion on his face. You just awkwardly smiled "Sorry about him." you waved goodbye to the trio before getting in the passenger seat.

Not too long after you and Levi started moving, your phone started ringing as a facetime call.

Historia..?

You debated letting the facetime ring out but, you were curious what she wanted so you answered the call.

"Hey, don't say anything sus Levi is next to me." you said right off the bat, making Historia giggle and you saw Levi frowning out of the corner of your eye.

"Oh don't worry, I won't. I just have a question! So this weekend, I'm having a little get together. Nothing crazy just the friend group haha. Would you want to go..?" Historia asked, putting mascara on her eyelashes. She stared at herself in the mirror, completely mesmerized by her reflection.

"Oh uhh.." you looked at Levi like you were still a child, asking for permission. He rolled his eyes but nodded his head yes.

"Yeah sure, I'll go." you said and Historia squealed so loud even Levi flinched.

"Great!! Okay well I'll see you Saturday! Bye bye mwah!" before you could even respond, Historia grabbed her phone and hung up. You sighed and put your phone on your thigh.
