Dear Readers,

This book is the first book in my Prequel series The Born Immortal Series. The Born Immortal Series is a Prequel Series to The Flames of Humanity Series. You do not have to Read the Flames of Humanity Series first. If anything this one should have been written first but I have Adhd and I'm an indecisive procrastinator with motivation for nothing useful.

This book is a Klaus Mikaelson x Hayley Marshall x Sébastien De Poitiers (Reign). Sébastien is from the CW TV show Reign. You don't have to watch the show to know anything about him. The reason I chose Sébastien is because I couldn't make a better Original Character than the bastard son of a king. Well, that and less backstory writing... 😅 Plus I don't think I could have gotten any better than Two Bastards and an Orphan so... yeah...

Explanations:

Age Regression - Age Regression is a NON-SEXUAL coping mechanism. Age regression can often be mistaken of Age Play. Age regression and age play are two different things entirely. Age regression is not by any means age play. Age play is sexual acting and a kink for 18+ participats only. Please do not confuse the two.

Age Regression is a person adult or minor who's mind reverts back a younger age. Sometimes is it for fun, others it is to get away from the real world, and it is also used as a way to handle big or adult emotions. Age Regression can be voluntary, meaning they regress on purpose, or involuntary, meaning they can't control when they regress.

In this book, you will see both voluntary and involuntary regression. As one of the characters in this book will use Age Regression as not only a coping mechanism but also a trauma response.

Age regression is an open field, there is no set way to regress whatsoever. Everyone regresses differently and for different reasons.

P.T.S.D. - P.T.S.D. stands for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
