First MeetingSakura Haruno
"Dear fùcking lord!"
You were angry. And very hurt. Cooking while being distracted, you learn, isn't a very good thing.Because somehow, you had managed to cut yourself with the knife and then proceeded to bump into the pot of water that was on the stove for your ramen.
So, with a burnt arm, cut finger, and bad first aid application, you head on over to the hospital.
Once arriving there, you're escorted into a room.
"Hello! My name is Sakura Haruno, and I'll be treating you today."
Needless to say, you got the treatment done with some scolding, but managed to charm her enough to get her to go out with you for dinner that night. One that you wouldn't be cooking.
But the most impressive part? You managed to land yourself into the hospital the very next day.
Ino Yamanaka
Although you weren't born into the Yamanaka Clan, any teacher at the academy would be able to say that you were a natural and gifted kid for psychology and mental interrogation.
But you wouldn't be given the opportunities that other people from the clan would get. So you just accepted your fate and decided to work as a simple apprentice in the Torture and Investigation (T&I) unit.
You shake your head, trying to clear your thoughts as you walk into a flower shop, looking for some flowers so liven up the front desk of the T&I building. Even though it wouldn't do much, considering the reputation the of the unit, it would at least unnerve people.
"That's a smart idea!"
A voice sounded behind you, and you turn around to see Ino.
"Um, what?"
She scratched her head, and you register it as a nervous tic.
"It's for the front desk, right? I saw you at work, in the T&I building."
You just nod your head, trying to understand why such a important person is talking to you. And it certainly didn't help that she has been your crush for a very long time.
"But, maybe you should get these instead." She points to some flowers in the corner. "Apparently, some new research has shown that Color affects the brain!"
Well, needless to say, that had you hooked on. So you didn't hesitate to ask her out, using work as an excuse.
If anything, you were pretty sure she has known you liked her. And you were pretty sure that she liked you, too.
Hinata Hyuga
You didn't need a genius to tell you that the Hyuga Clan members were intimidating. Especially the heir, Hinata. Ever since the academy, she would walk to school with guards, and stay quiet during class, and head home with guards. Many people had written her off weird and haughty, with her nose up in the air. You didn't really care. You just wanted to be a ninja. A damn good at that too.
So you never really interacted with her, even though you had a little crush on her. Now, as a chunnin and medic in training, the first time you interacted with her was when she had showed up at the hospital, with a body on the brink of breaking down and chakra exhaustion.
"Get me a stretcher, quick!" You start barking orders as you brace her body against your's.
"Hyuga-sama, please hold on a little while longer." You try reassuring her, as you hurried to place her on the stretcher.
"Don't-don't be so formal," she gasped out, "We were classmates after-after all.".
"Hai, but please Hyuga-san, save your breath!"
Later that night, you walk into her room with her dinner, but are soon stopped by the guards.
"What are you bringing Hyuga-sama? Leave, peasant!" One guard says, reaching out to knock the plate from your hands. Not thinking of repercussions, you get ready to kick his hand away.
"Miya-san!" a soft but stern voice brings both of you to a halt, "That is no way for you to be speaking to your fellow comrade!"
She walks out of the curtain separating her from the rest of the room. Hinata then grabs you by your arm, and takes you back to the secluded area.
"Hyuga-sama, you mustn't-"
"This is my friend, and not a peasant. I hope you will pick your future words a bit more carefully." She replies.
Once the both of you are alone, you turn to look at the heiress, who was looking a bit pale.
"Ah, Hyuga-sama, are you alright?" You ask as you guide her to her bed. "I have brought some dinner for you to eat."
You turn to bring the plate to her, but a hand stops you.
"I did ask you to be less formal, hadn't I? We are friends." She replies.
"Hai, Hyuga-san." You turn back to face her.
"Even less formal."
"H-hai, Hinata-san."
Hinata just smiles at the response, and you can feel your old crush flaring to life in your heart.
"Now if you would just accompany me while I eat my dinner, that would be wonderful."
You just smile in turn, bring the dinner plate to the bed as you spend the hours late into the night chatting.
