Celine's POV:
It was 300 years later after I left my sisters and let me tell you, I sill look young. I was friends with a girl named Allison and she knew about me being a Sanderson sister and my powers. Well I was enrolled in school with Allison.  "...And so the Sanderson sisters were hanged by the Salem town folk. Now there are those who say, that on Halloween night, a black cat still guards the old Sanderson House. Warning off any who might make the witches come back to life." My teacher finished. It was a story I had heard a million times, the story of The Sanderson Sisters. My Sanderson sisters to be exact. "Give me a break." A voice groaned in total disbelief. I squinted my eyes and looked over at the boy sitting at desk in the row next to my own. He was the new kid and very unimpressed with the history of Salem. "Uh huh. We seem to have a skeptic in our midst. Mr. Dennison, would you care to give your California, laid back, tie-dyed point of view?" The teacher asked him. "Okay. Granted that you guys here in Salem are all into these black cats and witches and stuff..." "Stuff?" The teacher asked, getting him to explain more. "Fine. But everyone here knows that Halloween was invented by the candy companies. It's a conspiracy." He said. At this point, I had to set him straight. "It just so happens that Halloween is based on the ancient feast called All Hallow's Eve. It's the one night of the year where the spirits of the dead can return to Earth." I said, looking over at him. The rest of the class cheers and claps, including the teacher, about my statement. I hear my best friend Allison yell, "Exactly." "Well said, Celine ." The teacher tells me, and everyone begins to pack up before the bell rings. Max gets up from his desk with a piece of paper and walks over to me. He hands the folded up paper to me . "Well in case Jimmy Hendrix shows up tonight, here's my number." He says, causing the class to groan in annoyance while a few whistled. The bell rings and Allison pulls you out of the classroom. "Max, fat chance." A guy tells him, talking about whether or not I  would actually go out with him. As I walked to my next class with Allison, I opened up the piece of paper. It said:
Max Dennison
555-9142
"Max Dennison, huh?" Allison asked, reading the paper. "Yeah. I don't really know about him." I responded.
————————————No one's POV:
The school day was over and Celine was walking over to where she meets Allison. Suddenly Max came up to her, riding his bike. She slowed her pace as he said, "Celine." He got off his bike and walked next to it. "Hi." She responded. "Hi. Look, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to embarrass you in class." Max said. "You didn't." She reassured him. He should be the embarrassed one. She thought. "My name's Max Dennison." He introduced, as if he hadn't already written it down on a piece of paper. "Yeah, I know. You just moved here, huh?"
"Yeah, last week." He answered. "Must be a big change for you." Celine said, glancing over at him. "Yeah, that's for sure." He agreed. "You don't like it here?" She asked, well, more of assumed. "Oh, the leaves are great, but... I don't know, it's just all this Halloween stuff." Max said. "You don't believe in it?" She asked, although she already knew the answer to that question. "What do you mean, like the Sanderson sisters? No way." He said. Celine saw Allison ahead, waiting for her , so she stopped and turned towards Max. He stopped too, mirroring her. "Not even on Halloween?" Celine asked. He smirks and says, "Especially not on Halloween!"  She gave him a sweet smile as she pulled out a folded up piece of paper and hold it out to him. "Trick or treat!" She said, and he takes the paper. Celine walked away and catches up with Allison leaving him with an identical paper as the one he gave her . He unfolds it to see his name written down and his phone number underneath it.

Max's POV:

Once I got home I slammed the door, just wanting to be alone. And I needed a new pair of shoes. "Hey Max, how was school?" My mom asked me. "It sucked." I responded, angrily. "Hey, hey watch your language." My dad said, I ignored him and stormed up to my room. "I can't believe you made me move here!" I yelled down to my parents.
Finally making it to my room, I remembered to feed my fish. I laid down on my bed and hugged my pillow, pretending it was Celine. "Oh Celine. You're so soft, I just wanna hug...."
"Boo!"
"Dani!" I yelled at my younger sister, who was hiding in my closet. She laughs. "I scared you. I scared you! Ha ha!" Dani cheers, jumping on my bed. "I'm Celine. Celine. Kiss me, I'm Celine." I ignore her. "Mom and Dad told you to stay out of my room!" I scolded. "Don't be such a crab. Guess what?! You're gonna take me trick-or-treating." She responded. I scoffed. "Not this year, Dani." "Mom said you have to." Dani retorted. "Well she can take you." I said. "She and dad are going to the party at Town Hall." Dani continued. "Well you're eight, go by yourself." I suggested, and started to play on my drum set. "No way! This is my first time! I'll get lost. Besides, it's a full moon outside." Dani begged. She comes over to me and gives me a hug, which I don't return. "Come on, Max. Couldn't you forget about being a cool teenager for one night? Please! Come on, we used to have so much fun together trick-or-treating. Remember? It'll be like old times." Dani rambles. "Dani, the old days are dead." I stated. "It doesn't matter what you say, you're taking me." Dani ordered. "Wanna bet?!" I snapped. Dani takes a deep breath, and yells, "MOM!"
So, yeah. I ended up taking her.

Celine's POV:
I was in my Halloween costume, at Allison's house. The two of us were wearing Victorian dresses, to match. Allison's family were rich, so they owned a big house and had lots of fancy parties. Allison and I were just heading downstairs, when I saw who walked in. It was Max Dennison. "Trick-or-treat?" Max and a younger girl said. They notice the large cauldron of candy and go over to it. "Jackpot!" The girl excitedly exclaims. Allison nudges my arm, wanting you to say something. "Max Dennison." I blurt out. Max turns and looks up and sees Allison and I. "Celine!Allison!" He beamed. "Oh, Celine, huh?" The girl smirks. Allison and I begin walking down the stairs. "I thought you weren't into Halloween." I pointed out. "I'm not, I'm just taking my little sister, Dani, around." Max responds. "Well that's nice." Allison praised. "I always do it." Max added. "My parents made him." Dani quipped. I lightly laugh as Allison asks, "Do you guys want some cider?" "No." Dani answers, while Max excitedly says, "Sure!" I nodded my head letting Allison know I'd like some too. Allison walks over and fills three cups with cider, and carefully brings them back over. "Thanks. So, um, how's the party?" Max questioned. "Boring. It's just a bunch of my parents friends. The only good thing was that I got to invite one of mine." Allison motions to me . "Yeah, her parents do this every year. We've got candy duty. By the way, Dani, I love your costume." I said smiling at her "Thank you. I really like yours too. Of course, I couldn't wear anything like that because I don't have any... what do you call them Max?...yabos?" Dani comments. Max chokes on his cider while Allison and I laugh. "Max likes your yabos. In fact, he loves 'em." Allison changes the subject. "I'm really into witches." I get nervous when she brings up that topic. "Really? Me too. We just learned about those sisters in school." Dani replies. "Oh, you mean the Sanderson sisters?" I asked. Dani nods. "We know all about them, my mom used to run the museum." Allison shared. "There's a museum about 'em?" Dani inquired. "Yeah, but they shut it down because a lot of spooky things happened there." I answered, while having flashbacks to my life back then with my sisters. "Well, why don't we go to this old Sanderson house?" Max finally spoke up. Dani shakes her head 'no', while Allison and I think about it. "Well, come on, make a believer out of me." Max adds, I looked at Allison and the two of us exchange a look. "Okay, let us change. They'll never miss me." Allison says. I followed her up the stairs to change back in to your normal clothes. I get to finally go back to my home my real home. "Max, I'm not going up there. My friends at school told me all about that place. It's weird." Dani complains. "Dani, this is the girl of my dreams." Max persuades. "So, take her to the movies like a normal person." Dani argues. "Dani! Look, just do this one thing for me and I'll do anything you say. Please? Please?!" Max begged. "Okay, okay. Next year we go trick-or-treating as Wendy and Peter Pan, with tights, or it's no deal." Dani offers.

"Okay, okay, deal!"
