Why is he doing this? What did I ever do wrong? My only mistake is that I fell for him. Him. Out of eight billion people. I fell for him. But he doesn't have to know this. He wouldn't even care. Analia POV
As I'm standing on my balcony watching the outside view from my apartment I can't help but to think how fast the time is flying. Only yesterday, we were kids. Me and my best friend Rachel. All the things we did together. I smile remembering all the good and bad times we shared. Her countless breakups, my countless rejections.
I'm distracted by a knock on my door. It must be Rachel. I make my way to the door and open it, only to find that I was right. Rachel.
"Hey babe. Move move move girl. Can't you see I have so many bags. Move" she says as she rushes and I close the door.
"What's up?" I ask as i sit beside her on the couch.
"What's the plan?" I ask again as she continues to look through her bags.
"Rachel?" I say a little louder this time.
"Yes Analia I hear you. Look what I got from the mall" she says as excitement is written all over her face. "I got some sexy lingerie for my honeymoon. Jayden is gonna die once he sees me in this" she says as she pulls out her 'sexy' lingerie. Not going to lie but it's actually really sexy. You see Rachel is getting married next month to the love of her life Jayden. With the wedding right around the corner and me being the maid of honour, I have a lot of responsibilities on me including helping Rachel with her shopping.
"Analia can we go to the mall after lunch? I saw this dress but can't buy until you approve it" I smile and hold her hand. "Of course Rach. I will. Actually lets go right now". A smile spreads across her face as she nods, getting up.
Rachel has always been there for me and now it's my time to cherish her happiness and I won't let anything. And I mean anything ruin her happiness.
