Backstory:
When Deena was born, she was told her family left her. She was raised by a family in the pridelands. Because of that she was told to be "untrustworthy" because she was the only wolf in the pridelands. Her first best friend was Kion . Soon after, the Lion Guard was made and everyone in the pridelands started to trust Deena a bit more. In season 3, when they go to the Night Patrol for help, she met Baliyo. Over the time they were at the Tree of Life together, she started gaining feelings for him, same with Baliyo. When Deena and Baliyo were alone, Deena revealed her feelings for him and the rest is history :D.
