Maria's POV:

I woke up and checked Instagram and saw a lot of hate comments about me and Julian and my.

For the first time, I felt insure about my body I saw that Julian texted me gm

I smiled but then it kinda faded away I got up and took a shower it was the last day of school thank lord.

I put on this

I didn't feel like doing anything I was everything and I blame Julian for all this he made my guard go down now I have a wall of insecurity.

I got a text from Julian tell me he was outside I went out and saw him

I got in and "Hey," He said smiling at me "Hey," I said with a fake smile "What's wrong with you," He said knowing something was off "nothing," I said kissing him "Come on talk," He said looking at me

"Everyone is saying a lot about you and me and I know it shouldn't get to me but it does," I said finally giving in "Maria I picked you not them so fuck their asses and just have fun," He said starting the car

When we got to school I saw everyone staring and when I got out and Julian saw I was a little shaky he grabbed my hand and walked

"You okay," He said in my ear he was so confident so I had to be I nodded my head and walked like a boss bitch

I got stuff out of my locker and I said that I would meet up with him later and then went to class.

*After School*

"Have a nice summer and some of you I will be seeing next year but congratulations school is out," The teacher said yelling

I got up and left when I went out of school I heard something and went to check it out and saw Julian kissing Ava.

He looked at me and was surprised "Maria!" He said I walked away and just kept walking into he stopped me

"She kissed me okay you have to believe that," He said I did I wasn't hurt just wanted to get away from school

"Julian I know it's fine okay," I said smiling and kissing him I kept walking and when I got home I saw my mom's car

When I went inside she was sitting right there "Where is ur stepdad," She asked looking at me confused "He-he's dead," I said looking at her

She was shocked but fine I guess "Well I am here now so I am checking your room and I need that cleaned," she said going up there

"What?" I said running up there when I got there she was holding bags of things "Wow," she said looking disappointed

I rolled my eyes she didn't check my hidden spots though so I am good "Where is Rafael?" She asked walking out "I don't know," I replied

"Fine clean your room and I will come and check," she said then going downstairs

I closed my door and picked up when I was done I lay on my bed and just say there when I looked at my phone I saw that Julian said he would be over in a minute. Fuck I thought if he meets my mom this is going to be a disaster

I texted him to go through my window instead of the door I smoked and then heard a knock on my window

"Hey," I said letting him in "Hey," He said kissing me we laid on the bed and just cuddled and talk gross right

"want to take a picture," I said looking at him he was too busy on his phone "Yeah sure hold up," He said not paying attention

I rolled my eyes and got up and went to the bathroom and got on my phone and saw all the hate comments they just grew more and more by the minute.

I fucking couldn't take this shit I was so overwhelmed"Maria," Julian said knocking on my door "Go away," I said trying not to cry

"Please open the door," he said "just leave," I said putting my head on the door I didn't hear him by the door so I got up and wiped my tears and put makeup on.

I grabbed my vape and then opened the door to see Julian there looking concerned "Can I help you?" I said looking at him "What the fuck?" He said with do confused look "Julian jeez calm down," I said sitting on the bed

He got a call and had to leave I went to the liquor store and used my fake ID and snuck it in the house.

I started drinking like a whole lot into I was drunk and of course, my stupid ass invited over my long-lost friend Rico.

I heard a knock on the door and opened it and he grew up let me tell you that

"Hey party girl," he said hugging me "Been a while," I said smiling we went in my room, and I shut the door behind me

We just watched a movie and then he had to leave after I went to sleep
