Chapter 2

I was at Trey's house after school working on our project for the second time. Wait when did it become the next day though. Ion know but I know my mom is gonna kill me when I get home.

"OK well I'd better go" I said to Trey. "but it's only 7,do you really need to leave?" he asked and I nodded. "alright I'll walk you out"

I grabbed my things and he walked me downstairs. "bye leah" I waved. She waved back as he opened the front door, we went and stood on the porch with the door cracked open.

"so your house tomorrow? Or mines again?" he asked. "we could try my house. If my mom let's me" I told him and he nodded. When I was about to walk away I felt him grab my wrist but softly, I looked back only to see him looking straight into my eyes. He leaned forward as our lips connected. I hesitated but soon kissed back. Then I felt drops of water on my shoulders. I pulled away and looked up only to see the water pouring down on my face. And that's when.......

"ahhhh" I coughed and coughed. I sat up and wiped the water from my face. I was trying to catch my breath in the process. So it was a dream? I didnt really kiss Trey? Dammit.

"wake yo lil ugly ass up. I told you about being a fast ASS THOT. When you end up pregnant don't expect to be living here." my. Mom said putting the now empty pot into the sink. As I tried to get up I felt dizzy only to stumble back.

My mom disappeared to her room leaving me to struggle up the stairs to mine. Once I made I closed and locked my door scared that my 'mom' might kill me in my sleep. I went to my mirror only to a big bruise on my forehead. Slightly bleeding. Makeup won't do it at all. I cleaned it up and put a bandage on it. I stripped from my clothes and layed down in some shorts and a tank.

Thinking I'm about to sleep I heard thumps from my window. "what the hell?" I said to myself. I slowly went to the window only to see Trey. My eyes widened as I quietly lifted up my window.

"what the hell Trey! Are you insane?" I whispered yelled. He was about to respond but stopped.

"what happened to your head?" he asked. I touched the bandage. "umm- I- nothing I fell up the s-stairs" I studdered. He gave me that really look. 

"look I'll tell you tomorrow could you go before my-"

"AUBRIELLA ARMANI JAKES!!  WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?" I turned around only to see my mom in the doorway. How the hell did she get in my room. Lock picker.

"um-uuh nothing"

"AUBRIELLA ARMANI JAKES!! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?" I heard her mom yell. After a few seconds all I heard was "stop please"  "I'm sorry" and "you fast lil thot" is her mom beating her. I heard someone coming towards the window so I bolted out.

2 weeks later

I closed my locker and looked around for Bri. I hadn't seen her all morning, skip that all week. I looked over and saw Alisha, Myles jasmine, and Junior.

"hey have y'all heard from Bri?" I asked. "she was texting us last night she said she'll be here today" Alisha said. I nodded and did my handshake with Myles and junior. These were some boys I met during the first week in gym class.
