I realized that Korekiyo does in ch.1 and he's the antagonist, so I talked with my sister about who would make a good second antagonist and we decided the second antagonist is Shuichi. He's more of a minor antagonist though.
And also for chapter three I've decided that Rantaro isn't the killer, kinda, it's weird ok-
So it's more like Tenko kills Kokichi and Rantaro happens to walk in on it happening and he accidentally kills Tenko while trying to stop her from killing Kokichi. However Kokichi and Tenko die at around the same time so Rantaro didn't know who died first so he tried to cover up the murder because he thought he was the murderer. Turns out Kokichi died first so there technically isn't a execution for this chapter.
The rest of the game would probably play as a reception arc for Rantaro I guess-
