↳Pan is the boy king of neverland. Merciless. Cruel. Bloodthirsty. He rules over the island with an iron fist. He may seem like an innocent boy, but he is an demon. Neverland is filled with monsters, but he is the worst of them all.
↳He appears to be charming and kind, only a few notice the darkness behind his eyes. He is a monster. He thrives of pain and chaos. Of the monsters that have gathered on his island.
↳He likes to play 'games'. Fucked up versions of hide and seek, tag and all kind of children games. But also bloody hunting games with the target being a living creatures. But also mind games, games in which he mentally rips up his victims.
↳Sometimes he plays games with his lost boys too. He doesn't care for them, they are simply toys for him to use. And if any toy wants to stand up to his owner, than he will be crushed merciless. Sure he might be amused by them from time to time, but at the end of the day, they are only there because he wants them too.
↳He is power hungry above all, and will stop at nothing to retrieve power. He is connected with the island. He controls everything, from the animals, to the plants, to the weather. He is the island, and no one does anything without him knowing
↳He has a shadow following his every move. No one knows exactly what it is, but everyone knows it's not simply a shadow. It seems to have a will of its own, sometimes disappearing for days, only to return with a new lost boy. This shadow seems to be the only one to leave Neverland whenever it pleases.

↳Pan's second in command.
↳He is loyal Pan like no other. All the lost boys are loyal to pan, but none to the extent as Félix. He would gladly sacrifice his life for pan. And, unlike many other lost boys, he follows Pan out of admiration rather than fear. Due to this loyalty, he gets the most power. He is also one of the first boys to ever set foot on Neverland. No one knows how long he has been there but most suspect that he has been there for centuries
↳The other lost boys follow his orders and he's often the one to check if they complete their chores. He has a softer side that he only shows to the lost boys, he is the one to take care of them. Not physically but mentally, making sure they won't give up and that they know where they belong
↳He is rather intimidating but has a sharp tongue and often insults those he sees as lower than himself. He knows how to get under someone's skin and isn't afraid to make you despise yourself should you ever step out of line
↳The other lost boys wouldn't dare to stand up to him. He is physically the strongest, and one of the smartest. He helps coming up with some strategies and is one of the few lost boys who does not always fall for the pirates traps
↳Unlike the other lost boys, he doesn't thrive of blood and isn't one to be cruel to people. He is more cold, emotionless following orders rather than playing games by himself.

↳He is one of the most innocent lost boys, but he is also Pan's third in command. How is such a gentle boy able to be the third in command? Let me tell you
↳Unlike the other lost boys, who are like a wild pack on animals, he hasn't lost his soft side. He can be kind of childish and doesn't enjoy violence of bloodshed. He is rather naive and believes every single lie people tell him. He truly wishes the other lost boys would behave a little better, but he knows that is never gonna happen.
↳He adores Pan, believing him to be the one to keep him safe, and will do anything for him. This blind loyalty makes him third in command. He will never go against his leader, and therefore is the second most loyal, which means that he is the most deserving of power.
↳ other lost boys tend to be jealous of him or even despise him for innocence and high position. He is such a softie, rarely able to kill anyone for fun. Yet here he is, sucking up to the leader. He doesn't have many friends, but no one is sure if he's aware of that. He is horrible at picking up social clues and just keeps on chattering away, even when it's clear that they do not want to talk with him.
↳He is also the one who keeps the moral high. The other lost boys might find him annoying and over the top, but they do come to him when they have a problem. He is probably the only one who won't judge them for it, and even offer to help. He's always willing to listen
