You have luxuries. We don't. You have seen us before, but you didn't care. We are saving you, but you wouldnt give us a nickle...
We are special people, who were born to seal everyones fate. We don't have a proper name so we just call us Rulebreakers. After birth we Rulebreakers are immediately conditioned for battle. And we are dropped in a random part of the world at the age of 10. We are given a partner to help us.
I was brought to the grasslands of North America. Walked for days before finding my partner. He was a brown haired, green eyed boy. Me? Im a redhead with black eyes. Pretty boring. We arnt told our names and instead come up with our own. But by the government we have a letter/number combination that is tattooed on our upper left arm at the age of 5. Mine is LA2002G. We normally pick our name based off of the letters so mine was LeeAnne. His letter/number combination was MK2003G, so his name wound up being Mike.
Every year we get exactly $50 dollars, two sets of clothes, and 3 gallons of water each to get us through from The Unnamed Warrior. Who's he? He's like our ruler, he was never given a name. And he controls literally everything.
There are 6 "ranks". Rank 1 is him, he is the rank, almost like a president. Rank 2 are the Warrior Rulebreakers, they are the ones who primarily fight. Rank 3 are the Supplier Rulebrakers, they are the ones who supply weapons, food, etc. Rank 4 are the Guardian Rulebrakers, ever get a feeling you shouldn't go somewhere, that's them. Rank 5 is a Messenger Rulebraker, their the ones who alert everyone and tell them where to be and when. Rank 6 (not even concidered a rank at all by most) is the Rebel Rulebrakers. Thats what I am, we are never recruited for anything, But we show up anyway and screw around with stuff.
Right now were about 17, no mabey 18. I don't know really, we don't exactly keep track of holidays or a birthday. Most of the Rulebrakers do, but whats the point. Come on your 10th birthday, then fight a bit, and exactly 35years later, you go back.
And just to let you know, we are everywhere. We could be the one that's stole that banana from The corner store. Or that kid you saw doing odd jobs for extra cash. Those are rebels. The rest get "fancy clothes" and extra food and all of it. Rebels actually work for what we need... As long as we don't steal it.
