Chapter one : Dream "girl"
Zak never meant to fall in love.
It started in English, Zak was scribbling on his desk, much to his teacher's pleads not to. He didn't even hear the door to the classroom open. There was a voice, probably the principal's, but he paid little to no attention. There were footsteps and everything went back to normal.
"Alright!" The teacher, Mr. Holmen, clapped his hands together to gather everyone's attention from their ongoing conversations. "Pull your homework out from last night, please."
Of course Zak hadn't done it. He had just copied off one of his many friends in the class before the bell had rung. The answers were probably all wrong but by just having it done was most of the mark anyways.
He chewed loudly on his gum, conversing with his friends about the upcoming football game, since he was the quarter back. Zak was pretty popular, in his own opinion. He was handsome; Big dark brown eyes and black silk-like hair that girls seemed to adore. He was the charming jokester that most girls giggled at. The lesser few thought of him as loud and annoying, but he didn't let those nerds get to him.
"Uhm- homework, please," Zak barely acknowledged the soft voice coming from behind him, a whisper in the wind, unknown to the fact that it would become his favorite sound.
Pulling "his" homework out from his bag, he accidentally cut his pointer finger on the edge of the paper. "Ouch! ah, fuck." He shook his hand with a small hiss of pain.
The boy behind him slowly took Zak's much bigger hand in his own, and that's when Zak fell hard. He looked up and was met with the biggest, vulnerable, light brown eyes, reminding him of an adorable puppy. The boy's face was covered in light freckle constellations that Zak could enthusiastically stargaze for hours. He was pulchritudinous. Zak's eyes stayed trained in pure awe on the boy's face, as the other reached into his hoodie pocket.
His friends snickered teasingly, causing the boy to blush but Zak simply ignored them. Zak's mouth parted slightly as he nervously licked his lips. The beautiful boy grabbed a light blue band-aid from his pocket, he tore off the package, crumpling it up into a ball.
He placed the band-aid on Zak's tiny wound with a soft smile that revealed deep dimples the Zak could drown in. The light blue band-aid had matched Zak's shirt, now he wasn't sure if he ever wanted to take the band-aid off. Without another word, the boy collected his homework as Zak sat dumbly, star struck with a permanent pink tint coated across his face.
He watched the boy leave to give all the homework papers to the teacher before returning his seat in the back, not glancing once at Zak. Zak ignored his friends for the rest of the class.
Unable to focus, he fake stretched back in his chair to sneak a glance behind him to see the quiet boy focusing intensely on the lesson. Nose scrunching up for a moment or two in confusion before scribbling down notes.
The boy had finally shut Zak 'loud-mouth' Ahmed up. No one was able to do that.

"Why so quiet?" Zak snapped out of his daze, to the sudden glares of his friends. Alex(Quackity), Arran(Vurb) and Caroline(Puffy). Caroline was the one to ask the question. Zak flushed, taking a bite of his tuna sandwich that he usually despised, but today he loved. "Nothing."
It was lunch now, they were seated somewhere outside at a table. Class ended longer than usual but maybe that was because Zak couldn't keep his mind off that boy. Alex snorted, rolling his eyes and nudging the raven haired boy. "Nothing shuts Zak up. What happened?"
