One day, Vitani noticed a depressed Kopa and went to talk to him. She said "Kopa? Why do you seem so down?" And Kopa said "My grandmother passed away 2 days ago." And Vitani said "Oh my I'm so sorry this had to happen to you." Kopa said "I know, It was especially hard when I had to be at her funeral." Vitani comforts Kopa by saying "You Know, She will always be here for you, Kopa even if she's dead she is still watching over you." Kopa said "Yeah, you're right, Thanks Vitani." Meanwhile at Pride Rock, Simba is depressed about Sarabi's Death. But he remembered Hakuna Matata. "Bad things happen and you can't do anything about it." He said. Then Nala walked in and said "Simba, I know that it is saddening to have seen your mother die but you need to move on and help the inhabitants because you're the king now."  Simba said "I know but   It's still hard to believe that this finally happened. I thought I'd have more time to spend with her. but I guess I was wrong." Nala says "Simba, I know it is hard you you, but she is still your mother even if she didn't make it." Simba turned to Nala and said "You're right Nala. Just because my mother is dead doesn't mean I give up on the Pride Lands inhabitants." Then he left the den and went to help the Pride Landers deal with the loss of his mother. He understood that he's not the only one that has lost a mother before since a lot of his own friends lost their mothers too. He made the Pride Landers understand that even after the horrific storm he had gone through that the circle of life has done it's course for her. Everyone in the Pridelands recovered from the loss of Sarabi and knew that eventually there would come a new beginning in the circle of life. The death of Sarabi was hard at first but then got easier to deal with.
