As Alla is getting ready for the picking ceremony. Which every year one special person would get chosen by the vampires as there bride. Alla was helping Nia with her dress "Alla you have to join the ceremony it's a honor to get chosen and you know that." said Nia. "Honestly I don't want that Nia but I will be there to celebrate you." Alla said with a smile.
Before the ceremony Nia said to Alla "I am starting to get last minute freaks" "don't worry Nia it's going to be fine" replyed Alla. As the bell rang for the ceremony everyone gathered. The girls stood on the stage, but then to their surprise they heard a noise they all turned around to see Alla was chosen.
Everyone was shocked but when they looked again Alla was gone.
When Alla looked around she was in the middle of forest. Where am I thought Alla then out of the shadows came a tall looking dude with brown hair and yellow eyes. "who are no matter of fact where am I" asked Alla angrily. "I'm Max it's nice to meet you Alla" replyed Max. Alla without thinking twice she through him with sand and started running but when she looked again she saw he was infront of her she gasped "how but when huh" said Alla confused.
