7 !!

Two Months Later...

It has been around 2 months since Janets run in with Rene. She has been feeling good, her business is running smoothly, with no problems. Also, Janet and Toni's friendship has been going great, Toni has opened up to Janet, so much. As Janet was thinking, about asking Toni to go to a party with her after work , tonight. She decided to get out of bed , and get ready for work , even though she's the boss. Today was a Good Friday morning , it was nice and sunny outside.

Omniscient POV :
Janet got up and decided to take an hour long cold shower to help her wake up. She didn't want to mope around all day .

While Janet was getting her things together , to take her morning shower, she noticed that she was getting a call from an unknown number. As she went to answer the phone , she heard an heavy knock at the front door "who could that be this early?" Janet thought as she made her way to the door , she kept thinking of who it could be. By the time she got to the door, she couldn't mentally come up with an answer. As her hand went to reach for the doorknob , her instincts told her, to look through the peephole.
When she looked through the peephole she seen that it was one of her and Rene's old "friend" Stephanie . Janet rolled her eyes because her and Stephanie never got along .

Stephanie's Pov :
I talked to Rene about 2 months ago and he said that he had an run in with Janet and she was pushing him away and being weird , I didn't fully believe him . I felt like he did something to her during that visit that triggered her off .

Omniscient Pov :
Stephanie knew that Janet wouldn't be pleased to see her , because when Janet and Rene were dating he started showing interest in Stephanie but Rene  told Stephanie that him and Janet were broken up and he kept hand feeding Stephanie his lies . She beloved him  because she thought that she was in love with him until he cheated on her like he did with Janet and would start getting violent with Stephanie .

Stephanie :

Janet's Pov :
Janet -oh Stephanie(rolls eyes)

Stephanie -Hello Janet, may I come in?

Janet-what do you want?

Stephanie-Just to talk

Janet-We have nothing to talk about, goodbye(slams door in her face)

Omniscient Pov :

Janet was very hesitant to let Stephanie in but in the end let her in . She figured if she is still with Rene she wouldn't be at Janet's doorstep . But Janet didn't want to chance it not when things are going good in her life. That means Rene and anyone attached to him have to go.

Janet Pov :

I decided to go make me some breakfast , cause I haven't eaten yet and I have extra time to spare before I check in. I turn the tv on and started blasting music, I live in the suburbs practicality the middle of nowhere so I was good. I started playing Kill You by Eminem so i can get myself into my boss bitch mood.(Ps. You all should listen to that song 10/10).I sat my phone down on the dining room table and it was on silent so i could eat and then get going , I didn't want to waste any time.

Toni's Pov :

Today was my off day aka my chill day , I have nothing much to do. So I decide to call Janet and see if she is down to hang out or something. The phone rang for a lil min , after the  first two rings I started to get nervous. Because she usually answers before the first ring is up. So I decided to text her and maybe she was busy talking to someone or with work. I put my phone down so I could get dressed and take a walk , I  really need to touch some grass. i decided to put on light colors since it was really hot out and I also wanted to be in season with my style.

Once I got dressed , I grabbed my phone not seeing a text back from Janet . I grab a bottle of water out of the fridge , then headed outside for my morning walk . It was very refreshing. I put on my beat headphones and started playing my chill & relax playlist. As I got about halfway around the block I noticed there was a car slowly following me , in the broad daylight. I turned the volume down on my music so I could seem like I didn't notice the car and was just walking . I texted Janet and told her what was going on and she told me to remain calm and she was in her way but I told her no I was a few doors down from my house and I can make it . She said ok and I kept walking at the same pace so I didn't seem like I was scared or anything.

*A few moments later*
I was now two doors down from my house , when I stopped to tie my shoe and everything went black.

Janet's Pov:
When I got finished eating I seen Toni blowing my phone up , I started to read the messages and I was getting scared for her. I told her that I was on my way but as soon as I got to my front door she told me she was a couple doors down from her house and that she could make it . I reluctantly said ok , I put my phone in my lap and put my head in my hands. I really hope nothing happened to her , cause I will be going to jail .

Janet's Pov :
It is now 12:00pm , I haven't heard anything from Toni since those texts earlier . I've been blowing up her phone but sadly no response . I tried to file a missing persons report , they said since it hasn't been a full 24 hours I can't  file it yet and to come back tomorrow.

I haven't eaten since breakfast, I told my assistant to take care of any work I had today because I couldn't think straight knowing something might have happened to Toni.

Who do y'all think took Toni ?
