Chapter XVI

Lookism ep. 95, 96, 97...

I am going to be skipping a few chapters so that I can finish this book faster.

I am so sorry if you all are expecting to see some of the chapters with your (oc), but I am going to make those chapters as side stories.

So that we can go to the main plot of Lookism.

It was a stormy night and I was walking alone in the dark holding my umbrella tighly so that it wouldn't fly off.

An hour ago it was a perfect weather, the sun was out and the sky was clear.

So why did it start raining? And why did I have to forget my house keys in the classroom!!

I know I should've called Crystal and sleep at her house for the night but no, that mr. Sunglasses was also there along with her big sister.

So it's just a big NO for me.

I was almost close to the school when I hear voices near the gate.

'Is that Mira and Zack? What are they doing here?'

Due to the rain they couldn't hear my footsteps nor can they see me.

So I tapped Zack on his shoulder and he suddenly jumps making me also jump at his reaction.

"Oh! Y/n! You're here too? What are you doing here?"

'I don't have my notebook with me...'

I tried to sign with my hands but they didn't get it, I sigh and pointed at Zack's keys that was hanging on his belt loop.

Zack who looked stiff shook his head.
"My keys? Why do you need my keys?"

I shook my head as no and pointed at myself.

"Oh! Your keys! You forgot your keys in your classroom!"

I nod my head and clapped my hands. I looked at Vasco confused who was holding on to Jace's back.

"We are going to meet the 'child's mother.'"

"Child's... Mother? Mira what is that?"

"Zack you don't know about the ghost picture in the storage room?"

'Ghost in the storage room!! I sleep in the storage room during lunch break!!'

I started to shake when I realized that all those times when I felt someone was looking at me while I was asleep in that room.

I hugged Vasco's back as I felt chills up my spine. 'Maybe I should sleep in Crystal's house after all.'

"At the end of the hallway there is an old storage room... They say the photo of her is there. She married into a rich family and on a rainy day she was expelled after giving birth. So on days that it rains... They say she roams the halls looking for her child. If someone other than her child meets her she kills them!!"

Mira continued to explain and Vasco and I continued to hug eachother.

"Because she thinks they took her child, to live you have to cry 'waah waah' lile a baby. Or If you offer a doll she will thank you and vanish."

"And if you give a doll to her, she will grant you one wish." Vasco adds and pulls out a doll.

We walked inside the campus and the hallways were so eerie I held on Vasco's arm tightly.

"Sorry we scared with that story Y/n..." Mira says and smiles as apology to me.

I nod and we all walked down the hallway.

"Woaaaah! That's so cool Vasco! So what are you going to wish for?"

"I wish people would stop calling me a fool." He says while a tear slides down his cheek.

"Puhahahah!! What ghost! There is no such thing!"

"There is!!"

"Isn't!"

Zack starts to sweat and be in denial. "You fool!"

"Hey be nice!"

"There's no such thing!"

Jace takes out a red marker and hands it to Zack. "Really? Then... Here. Sign your name on the frame."

"What? Since you are laughing at Vasco... Then there's nothing to be afraid of."

"Afraid. Pfff. No way." Zack grabs the marker and walked towards the storage room.

"Who said I'm afraid of it?"

With that he headed towards the storage room alone.

After Jace, Vasco and Mira helped me find my keys we waited for Zack at the fashion dept classroom since Mira left her phone here.

Vasco let me hold the doll while we waited for Zack, I played with the dolls hair and fixed its dress.

Zack arrived and was covered in sweat and was breathing heavily.

"What? You did it?"

"Of course kids... If you don't believe me go check."

Mira helds up her phone. "Let's go home Zack. I found my phone."

"Okay! Let's go check Vasco!"

Vasco squeezes the doll so hard and we all walked out the classroom.

I went with Jace and Vasco to check if Zack did sign the frame.

"Can we just check tomorrow?'

We both nod and headed out to the gate. "Zack! We will check it tomorrow!"

"As you like!"

The next day...

Everyone headed to the storage room. But we didn't see Zack's name on the frame.

"Hey... Zack what is this?"

We all stared at the frame confused while Zack looked pale. "There's no signature."

Mira looked around and gasped, we all turned to her and saw that she was pointing at the window.

"Zack there! On the window! Your signature!!"

I froze and hugged someone that was closest to me.

"Come on Zack. You just signed anywhere."

We all see Zacks pants getting wet in the middle.

"Is that pee?!"

"Zack passed out!"
