The duo swiftly ran down the street to avoid the vicious raptor. They looked back at the predator actively chasing them only to instantly regret it.
For the chilling site of its snarling mouth, retracted pupils, and long claws of the monster instantly made them shit themselves.
They each shared a glance of mutual fear and continued running.
"L-look!", autumn breathlessly excalimed while pointing at a run down building.
Cummie quickly looked over to the building autumn pointed at and focused his eyes on a ladder leading to the roof.
"Lets go!", Cummie quickly yelled.
They desperately changed directions to reach the ladder before the very determined raptor could catch up with them.
"Quick! Up here!", autumn ordered.
Autum helped Cummie up onto the ladder and immediately followed behind.
"Come on go faster!", Autum yelled up to Cummie.
"I'm trying!", Cummie pleaded while almost tripping over the steps of the ladder.
In great haste, the duo climbed the ladder and made it to the top of the building.
"Jesus", Cummie said in and out if breath, "That was fucking crazy".
"Yeah". "That raptor was determined as hell", Autumn agreed.
"Well, its a good thing we got away from it" Cummie said whilst inching closer to autumn.
