"So I Guess We're Dating Now"

It was winter break in South Florida and I was finally relieved of my academic stress from college. I went on hinge quite often during my break in search of validation and companionship. It was gratifying seeing numerous messages calling me pretty, but what was even more gratifying was when I could talk to someone and have a wholesome conversation. Many guys on hinge were only looking to hook up so to find a guy that would make the effort to get to know me was like finding a diamond in the rough.

At this moment, I was on my third date with a guy I met on hinge. It was a very well thought out date,I do have to admit. As a result, I continued my search for intimacy on Hinge. I was looking through my messages on iMessage when I came across a message from a phone number that I did not recognize that read "Hey this is Brandon from Hinge". I then realized it had been 2 days since he said that. I went back to hinge to jog my memory of who Brandon was when I saw his sexy pictures. I saw our short conversation then instantly remembered who I was talking to.

"So I guess we're dating now" he wrote.
"I guess we are" I replied.

He was lightskin with muscles and long curly hair, exactly my type. Someone who looked like him would usually be too cocky to talk to or just looking to hook up. He was too fine to pass up. I knew I had to talk to him, even if it was only for a hook up. I immediately texted back on iMessage.
