Chapter 7 - Healingness

Day after day passed by Luna and Nicholas who were in the hospital, Luna treats Nicholas until his condition improves. Last week, when Nicholas was better than before, Luna told her the story about how Nicholas got to the hospital. Regarding what wound made him unconscious and what surgery he received, Luna even showed 2 bullets that had lodged in Nicholas' body.

"I'm glad you was sent here immidiately". Said her. 

"No, I'm glad you did the OR immdiately so you saved my life". Nicholas Replied as he continued,

"Well, we haven't officially be acquinted before have we?" Then Nicholas raised his hand to take Luna's hand.

"Nicholas, Nicholas Miller". he said.

Luna blushed, then answered him.

"Luna Lee." Luna answered then gave her hand.

Both are smiling now. Tom, who was quietly watching, smiled too, even chuckled. Nicholas, a cold-blooded mobster who is feared by the whole world. Looks like he just dropped his heart on a female doctor named Luna.

Luna walked out of Nicholas' room and found Tom standing behind the door.

"Congratulations Miss Luna, you have just dropped the heart of a mafia". Tom joked with her.

"Is he really a mafia?". Luna laughed and answered Tom as if he pretended not to know and didn't believe it.

"Yes Miss, as I have previously told you. Didn't you even mention that day that he was my boss?". Tom smirked.

Luna was a little surprised by Tom's response.

"No, Mr. Moore, this is just a doctor-patient relationship. If you need me, you can meet me at"... Before Luna finished her sentence,

"Neurosurgery Resident". Tom replied.

Luna smiled as she nodded and then left Tom.

"KIM AHN RI!". Shouted Luna at the rest room. 

"This is making me crazy.. even moree". She continued.

"Just follow the flow". Kim mocked her. 

"My GOD". Replied her. 

"Just admit it, you likes him don't you?". Kim glanced at Luna. 

"What? No way. He's a cold blooded guy and how can i like a sadist like him?". Luna hides what she actually felt behind a sentence. 

"Oh come on, i know you, Luna". Replied Kim again. 

"No, Kim, NO". Luna shouted softly.

It is undeniable that Luna started to like Nicholas. His feelings exploded when he was near him. Today, Luna returned to Nicholas' room to clean the wound and change it bandage, it was quite late. Tom hadn't come back either so Nicholas was in the room alone.

"Hello". Greeted Luna as she entered Nicholas' room with a new bandage from the outside.

"Hi, Miss Lee". Say hello to her who now doesn't call her a doctor anymore.

"How are you currently doing?" Luna questioned his condition while looking at Nicholas's recovery progress on her board.

"never better". Nicholas answered quickly.

"Alright, I'll change your bandage first, while examine the healing progress of your wound, okay?". Luna said.

"Oh, do it Miss Lee". Nicholas seduced Luna.

Luna just smiled, then she started to slowly straighten the back of Nicholas' bed.

"Sorry, I'll take your clothes off for a moment, is that okay?" Luna asked again.

Nicholas just nodded, Luna began to open Nicholas' clothes and then Nicholas's bandage was seen which was a bit red because there was blood seeping.

"Looks like you're moving too much again, aren't you?". Luna slowly removed Nicholas's bandage.

"Hmm, maybe accidentally while sleeping". The answer.

Luna cleans Nicholas' wound with betadine.

"Hold on a littl, it will hurts a little." Luna said as she rubbed the wound slowly.

Nicholas expression be like holding a pain. But still looking to what Luna has done. 

Luna flashed Nicholas' wound to make sure if it was still wet.

Silently, Nicholas watched Luna deeply. He watched Luna who was still busy tending to his wound.

"You have to be careful while moving Mr. Miller, I'm afraid the seams will loosen again". Luna said slowly.

Luna didn't hear a reply from Nicholas's mouth. Luna immediately woke up as she afraid something would happen to Nicholas. And, the moment she lifted her head, Nicholas' face was right in front of hers.

Luna's heart was beating fast. Her and Nicholas' faces were only inches apart. The atmosphere suddenly became a bit awkward. But the atmosphere seemed to tell Luna to further advance her face. It felt as if she wanted to kiss Nicholas.

Likewise Nicholas, it felt like he immediately wanted to kiss Luna, but it was like something was holding him back.

Subconsciously they both started to move their faces forward, Nicholas also started to hold Luna's face, until finally, there was a sound of the door was opening, which was Tom who came.Tom looked at the two of them, unfortunately he had actually entered and made things a little more chaotic and more awkward than before.

Nicholas and Luna both looked at Tom.

"Oh, umm, hmm,.. sorry, I didn't..". He didn't continue his words but left the room with a feeling of stupidity that haunted him.

After Tom went out, Luna looked at Nicholas very awkwardly, as her hands shaking.

"Me, I, uh may I put the bandage on now?". She said as she hastily put the bandage on.

Nicholas just nodded shyly. After she was done she immediately rushed over, nodded slightly to say goodbye and then walked briskly towards the door, exiting past Tom without heeding him. 

Luna's cheeks reddened.

After seeing Luna exit the room by rushing, Tom entered while laughing towards Nicholas.

Nicholas who knew that, immediately shouted a little at tom.

"You son of a bitch". he said.

"Hahaha, I'm sorry Boss". Tom replied.

Days after, Luna didn't tell anyone to what was just happened between her and Nicholas. And today, Nicholas has been in a Total recovery as it's a time to going back home. Luna cannot guided him off because she was attending  a surgery now. But Nicholas was guided by Kim, as he get a note for his number and he wants Kim to give it to Luna as soon as she finished her surgery.
