I stepped out of Goo's luxurious car as he gives his keys to the valet. It was Goo's choice for the second date like we had agreed to. Only that I hadn't expected it to be in a casino.

Who in their right mind to bring a person to a gambling place for a date? Of course, Goo. He's crazy enough to ask a woman to a date in the casino to show off.

Goo's hand settled at my lower back like it a need to do so. I didn't bother to pay any mind to it since it had me feeling a little bit safer around the pool of strangers.

As we walk inside the casino, a couple of people had come to greet Goo. Looks like he is known in this place.

"Mr. Kim, it has been a while since you came here." A man in a business wear said as he approaches us.

Goo hummed in return, "I had important matters to deal with."

"I see." The man's gaze went to my direction, scanning me up and down. "And who is this fine lady beside you?"

I felt Goo's hand tighten its grip on my waist. Taking a wuick glance at Goo to see him clenching his jaw with and irritated grin in his face.

"An important person of mine." He answered arrogantly.

The man slowly nods his head. "Then I'll leave you two alone." He smiled at me. "Have a great time."

He then took his leave after Goo waved his hand at the man for a dismissal. I can't help but raise my brow and turn to Goo. His tongue poking the inside of his cheeks while staring at the back of the man under his lashes.

"Who was that?" I asked.

Goo turned to me with a soft expression. "No one. Just some random dude who's about to go bankrupt."

I furrowed my brow, unable to comprehend what he meant. I shrugged my shoulders to ignore what he was saying.

"What are we doing here anyway?" I asked, changing the subject.

He flashed a toothy grin at me. "We're going to gamble!"

I stared at Goo dumbfoundingly, "Gambling? For our second date? Really?"

"Yeah? Do you hate it?" His face expression turned to worry. "Should we go home instead? I'm sorry for not asking you first if you wanted to come here."

"No its fine." I chuckled, "I was just surprised that we really are going to gamble."

Goo frowned. "What? You thought we're just here to watch? That's no fun."

"Then show me the way to the fun games." I grinned at Goo, as he grins back at me.

We went to a table game full of people watching. Goo and I stood there as a man who seemed to work here, approaches us.

"A million won." Goo said and the man nodded his head before taking out seven black chips, six blue, and three white chips.

"What are we going to play?" I asked Goo.

"Just Blackjack." He answered as he pulls a seat and making me sat there.

I whistled. "That's easy."

The objective of the game is easy, but complex to play. It is to win money in the game by creating a number that is higher than what is in the dealer's but by not exceeding twenty-one.

There are five people in the circular table that is seating with us. They are still playing so I guess we have to wait until someone loses or win.

"Watch how they play." Goo whispers at my ear.
