Chapter III: Seal The Deal?

Recap (Author's POV) :
Venti and Lumine ran through the Cecilia plains, Lumine lost her consciousness and someone with Cecilia smell picked her up. The dark energy continued to walk towards them, this is how it goes after Lumine was asleep.
Venti's POV:
I ran through the Cecilia plains with my royal guard and my best friend ,Diluc. I'm also carrying a fragile body with me, Her Excellency, Lumine. I need to be careful carrying her, if she falls and dies, it's all my fault.
" We're almost there, Your Majesty. Are you alright?" Diluc asked with a tired and concerned face
"I'm- I'm fine- thanks Diluc-" I replied, I'm out of breath, I could only focus on Her Excellency's body and the safe house that I can't even speak properly to Diluc.
"We're here! Go in, I'll come in next when you get in." Diluc half commanded, half shooing me in. I went in without hesitation and Diluc watch-guarded for a while then he also came in.

Lumine's POV:
I can hear the person's breath, huffing and puffing because that person is running, running to somewhere. I heard shouts after the huffing and puffing, after the shouts and a obsidian-metal door creaked open and that person went in-
"*shocked sigh*Where am I???" I asked, i know my voice sounds terrified, like I woke up from a bad dream.
"Relax, we're safe now, *whispers:" just for now"*."
Venti said, I couldn't hear what he whispered at the last part, but I'm glad.
"This obsidian-metal could stay up for just a few minutes, if we're fighting the Geo Archon. So, please rest a bit then we'll be on our way to Monstadt's Angel Share tavern." Diluc informed us
"Angel's Share? Where's that?" I asked, I'm curious about that tavern.
"I have an Intel-giver that could give us a place to hide and help us, but if only we give something valuable to her."Diluc replied. I saw Venti's eyes widened, as if saying ' interesting' .
__________Time Skip__________
Venti's POV:
We rested a bit and we're on our way again. I'm curious who this- intel-give might be. As if Diluc could read my mind he said
"She comes from Khanri'ah, she very old, but her appearance looks like a kitsune with blue+black hair, she doesn't always show her ears though."
I always thought kitsunes come from Inazuma only. Maybe her parents came to Khanri'ah-
"Your Majesties, please be quiet for a bit while I go into the tavern. The Kitsune doesn't like sudden guests." Diluc whispered. I motioned Her Excellency to stop walking or she would bump onto me.

Lumine's POV :
I saw Venti motioning me to stop walking, and I did what I'm told to because I can't hear Diluc. I wanted to ask Venti something but when I tried to speak, Venti just put his index finger on my lips. I looked at Venti in a little shock, and guess what? He just winked at me cutely, I thought he was just making a unharmful joke,but what I didn't know was that he likes me a lot.
"Your- I mean Venti, Lumine, come in now." said Diluc with a little embarrassed voice. Venti, on the other hand just teased poor Diluc a bit and went in. I just went in the tavern looking around me, and I realized that the Kitsune was sitting on the bar table staring at me with disgust.
"Ahem Diluc, have you forgotten that I hate the old Khanri'ah ruler's daughter? She's my enemy you know that?" said the Kitsune with a frown, she has a smooth yet serious voice.
"You could just consider her as your friend, not the Divine Ruler, Selena-  or are you Konoha?" Diluc said+asked.
"I'm Selena, Konoha is out on an expedition with Ficshl and Kazuha. Miss Guizhong and I was just talking about you, Venti." Selena added strength to the word 'Venti', it was quite obvious.
"Oh um, hi I guess? And why are you here, Guizhong? Aren't you supposed to be with Morax?" Venti asked with a slightly shocked face.
"Heh, Venti, oh Venti. I could get some personal free time from him, though I do always come from the front door." Guizhong's voice was always kind it today she added some teasing elements to her voice
"Hey Guizhong! Ooh what's up with your outfit today? Following Khanri'ah's fashion trend?" I asked with a forced happy voice. Guizhong just replied "Yeah."
"So, what's the deal? I know what you're gonna say so just say the deal and I'll let you guys stay till the end of crisis, or rather just tomorrow... Tomorrow and you guys get out." the Kitsune said. She shot a cold look to me.
"We'll offer you a...."
