I have started a new waitlist system (read previous chapter for more details)
If I say that your form is on the waitlist instead of accepting or declining, all it means is that I want to finish the current batch of graphics (which is shown in the waitlist chapter) before deciding whether I want to do yours or not!
Usually, I will accept every form unless it's too vague (so be detailed) or too hard (not overly specific as I want to try out different skills). Sounds contradicting, right?
I may also decline if the workload for me is too tough.
