Reaching behind me, I pulled up my black hoodie to block the rain.

'And who are those two people?' I wondered.

There was a couple who appeared to be in their early 20's standing to the side. The tall handsome male was holding up a black umbrella for the young lady due to the rain.

The woman had long black hair that was pulled into a braid. Seeing me looking at her, the woman started to cry and cling to the man.

"Brother Zhang Ren!" The woman cried pitifully fear.

The man frowned.

"You dare scare my fragile innocent kind little bunny wifey!!!" The man-child roared in fury as he released his possessive grip on the young woman before walking slowly toward me.

Despite wanting to run away, my body wouldn't...no couldn't move. Just when he was a few breaths away from me, his low but powerful voice came through.

Hearing the voice, my body automatically flinched in fear.

Totally ignoring the male lead, I cried silent tears in my mind.
