Chapter 2

Naruto pov:

Sitting on my bed with the chest my mom left me and the first thing I saw when opening it was  a folded black cloth with a letter on top. The envelope look brand new even though it was 12 ½ years old. I pick up the crisp edge envelope full it over and saw it was sealed with red wax with the Uzumaki crest pressed in. I open up the envelope and pulled out my letter. I took a minute to admire the neat writing before I began to read.

Dear Naruto(Sochi),

Wow I still can't  believe I  am saying that though it's  been nine months and you just been born anyway incase that old geezer Hiruzen Sarutobi  didn't tell you my name is Kushina  Uzumaki, your Kaasan. Before I continue  I just wanted to say I am so sorry my little boy for not being there. I sorry I never heard your first word or see your first steps. I sorry I wasn't there when you got your first wound and I wasn't there to kiss it better. I sorry I never was there when you started your first day at the academy. I sorry I wasn't there when you got your first heart break. I couldn't even imagine how  hard you life has been and how bad the village treats  you. I'm sure Sarutobi  told the village  of you being the Jinchuriki, but not that your were mine and your father's son. Thanks to that the village has most likely hated you. Your father  and Hiruzen  were fools to believe the village would treat you like a hero, especially  since the Kyuubi destroyed  the village before being sealed into you.

I knew though I knew they treat my Sochi badly. I knew they'd hurt you. That's  why I took the liberty of adding  couple extra seals on you before I passed. One was a power serpression seal. It suppresses your real power. The other is an appearance serpress seal. Originally you had black hair with cherry red streaks highlighting it, but I sealed it and now you have blonde hair like your father, believe it.

Naruto-'She says  believe it just like me must be genetic'

After that thought Naruto  goes back to reading.

Oh no, I  getting  nervous. I should really  get a grip on that. It's  annoying  but  sometimes I can't help it when I  am exited, passionate, or nervous I  say You know  or Believe  it at the end of my sentences. I  hope you don't inheirit that. Oh I am  rambling  where was I oh yes seals I just finish tell you about your seals. Well another thing that your your appearance  seal  changed  was your eyes. Your eyes were not originally sky blue no they were unique they were a ocean blue with an outer violet purple.

Ya know despite all my rambling I had just done, I'm still crying right now. I  so wish I could see you grow into a strong shinobi. I want to see you become Hokage. I want to see you say I do to your wife. I want to see you smile when you first hold your child in your arms. I just want to be there for you. To hold you and tell you I love you. While I can't do that  much I  can say it on paper and hope to all the gods that you feel the sincerity  of my words. I  love you Sochi. I  love you  now and I always will love you. No matter what you do, no matter how you turn out you have my love. I'm proud of you and always will be proud of you. I can't  be there physically, but I can be there spiritually. In this chest are Scrolls, book, my journals, pictures, and my sword. The scrolls and books are all the things I scavenge from the destroyed Uzushiogakure village the place we came from it. You have enough weapons to give an army. Enough money to remake a village and so much jutsu  and other things. I leave these all to you my son you are the sole heir to the clan and part of the royal family take these things I leave you and become a great man I know you can be my son. Make our ancestors proud and remember our family saying: The strength of the wolf is the pack the strength of pack is the wolf. Goodbye my little  Naruto.

That's  where the letter ended at and I  felt that it was exactly  like my mom. I  now understood  why Jiji-san said I act just like her. She went from excited to happy to sad to angry to nervous and back to sad and finished it with what most likely was emotional  pride. All with in a span of a few minutes. This  lady was defently  crazy and I  missed it. I felt like I spent  nearly my entire  life with her with this one letter. That just made it hurt even worse. What did I ever do to deserve this life? Why did Kami hate me? I sigh took a deep breath and breathed it out. I flip the paper over to see the instructions  so I   could remove my seals.  I didn't bother crying I learned pretty young there was no point as crying doesn't solve shit.

Turning ove the paper the first thing I saw was instructions  to remove my appearance  seal. Basically it was like a long lasting henge. The instructions  to me to focus my chakra on my left shoulder blade in the front and make the ram sign. Instead of focusing  on moving my chakra I just focus on my lefts shoulder  blade and let my chakra build up. After few seconds  I  could feel a burst of chakra like a bubble. After that I ran to the bathroom  and look in the mirror. When I looked my appearance  was definitely  different  instead of spiky bright yellow hair that I usually had it was spiky midnight  black  hair with streaks  of bright blood red highlighting it. My  eyes  still oval shape like my dad's  but are now an ocean blue with an outer ring of violet purple. If I was going to be honest I liked this look better it felt right. Though I have to get a new style though as my current hairstyle looks horrible with my black and red hair.

Though I will worry about that later. Right now I need to break my other seal and then start getting in some training. I rushed back to my room and read the instructions  to remove my last seal. This one will be a bit more difficult. The instructions  said I  was to focus my  on the upper part my back between  my shoulder blades and then hand signs boar,tiger, ox, rat, dragon, boar, rat, and end it with the ram. I set the letter down once more stood up straight made the hand signs. When I finished I focus all the chakra on the seal on my back which broke instantly. When it did I felt a rush of adrenaline and power rush through my veins. It felt like I could take down a large army or like I could make over 100,000 shadow clones now. My chakra was so strong my floor broke underneith my feet large cracks were around my feet and a mini whirlwind circle around me. I was smiling widely when it finally  died down  I was going to search through my box more to see what's  all in there when....

BOOOOOM!!!!

The Hokage bust down my door with a group of Anbu all ready to attack searching for a threat when they only see Naruto  standing  there in his trashed apartment.
