"Hey Tommy? I have another present for you" Purpled said holding a box in his hands
"hm?-" Tommy hummed before purpled gave it to him , Tommy took the box and opened it. He looked at what was inside the box and slowly took a necklace out , it was one you could open in a shape of a heart so he did. Tommy opened the necklace looking shocked before a tear fell down his face when he saw what picture was inside
"where did you get this?.." Tommy whispered holding the necklace in his right hand
"you showed me a picture of them once and i saw this at my parents house , looks like they were friends" Purpled explained and Tommy hugged him crying
"thank you.." Tommy wispered and they both smiled
"can we see what it is?" Techno asked and Tommy showed it everyone
"its a picture of my parents and.. me as a baby" Tommy smiled and Purpled helped him put the necklace on.
"Thats beautiful" Wilbur said and Tommy wipped his tears away
"I still remember when they always wanted me to laugh and tickled me saying they loved my laugh" Tommy said with a small laugh , Wilbur looked at Techno who just nodded before tickling Tommy
"Hey!" Tommy said and started laughing
"Pahah! stoOp!" Tommy laughed and couldnt stand anymore, he slowly sat down on the floor but the tickling contiuned as Techno followed him down not stopping
"why should i stop?" Techno asked and Tommy tried to answer but only laughs were heard from the birthday boy.
"you should stop because we still have something important for Tommy" Phil said with two presents in his hands , Techno stopped tickling Tommy and helped him up , after letting him get his breath back ,before they sat down on the couch.
"here this first" Phil said and gave Tommy the bigger one. Tommy opened it careful and saw many clothes inside with a box of
"hair dye?.." Tommy asked and took the box of red hairdye out
"well i thought once we cut your hair we could make some parts red if you'd like?" Phil smiled at him and Tommys eyes widened as tears started to build up
"We-we're going to cut my hair?.." Tommy askes with wide eyes and a small shaky smile
"yep , Wilbur used to cut my hair when we were younger and i think he would do a great job , we thought about it a lot and if anything goes wrong we can go to another hairdresser that isnt homophobic to safe it" Techno answered before Tommy hugged Wilbur who sat on the right side of him
"did you see what else is inside the box?" Wilbur then asked making Tommy pulled away from the hug to look inside the box again , there under the clothes seemed to be a letter. He got the letter out and read it
"open the other box to see two suprises?" Tommy read out loud before looking to Phil who held the other box to him now. Tommy took it and opened it carefully before seeing what was inside , inside were three binder , one for swimming and two for the day. "thank you!" Tommy smiled at th+em all before getting them out to go try them on but saw more letters under them. He looked confused at the letters as he put the binders on the table to get them out , when he got them out he took a better look at them and noticed a big written word on the second page
"adoption papers?.." Tommy whispered to himself, looking through the next few pages to make sure it wasnt a prank before looking up at Phil who had a soft and hopeful smile on his face. Purpled , Tubbo and Ranboo had their phones out to film the moment from different angles while Wilbur and Techno were both nervously sitting on the right side of Tommy , wilbur in the middle of the two while Phil was on Tommys left.
"so?... what do you say?" Phil asked nervously
"you're-you're serious?.." Tommy asked just to be sure, phil nodded and before he even got a chance to be even more nervous tommy swung himself at him into a tight hug. "yes! i want to be your son!" Tommy cried into his shoulder. Phil sighed in reliefe and huged him back
"good , good" Phil said with a smile on his face "i was scared you'd say no for a second there mate" Phil chuckled as they pulled away. Tommy had a smile on his face as tears fell down his face and he chuckled "Dont cry Toms , you cried enough since you have been staying here" Phil chuckled as he gently wipped the tears away
"I have had many differnt reasons to since then.. dad.." Tommy whispered. The rest of the birthday was spent with celebrating and telling everyone about the planned adoption.
