a/n: this is of course heavily based on the original story but with an added bit of gay-ness, smutty theme also so if you don't like that kind of thing please don't read.

"That wedding was remarkable, wasn't it?" Janet said to me, could almost be said, she squealed. I plastered a smile onto my face.

"Wasn't it just?" Now here's the thing, I do love Janet but maybe not how she loves me. She is my best friend and has been ever since that science exam, but I think she wants more than just a friendship. I really don't. Not with her at least. Not with...any female.

~ time jump ~

I lay in bed, trying to wrap my head around the events of the day. Then I hear a knock. I presume it's Janet so I say, "Come in darling!" I am so happy to have her by my side throughout all of this. I don't know how I'd stay sane without her here to ground me.

"I'm so scared my darling," she tells me, "This place worries me." She lays her head on my chest. I start to stroke her shoulder.

"Everything will be alright Janet, I'm here to protect you."

"Brad," she breathes out and kisses me. I don't know how I feel about all of this. I trust her but I don't know if I have even accepted it myself. I let her go on.

"Mmm, Janet, that's so good" I clutch her hair, and to my surprise, comes straight off. I scream, "It's you!"

"Oh yes Brad, I know I'm not Janet but it wasn't so bad, was it? Not even half-bad." Frank, our other-worldly host, begins kissing me again. I am relieved honestly, I'd rather have him any day. Well, I'd rather have a man anyway, but having this beautiful man as my first is a bonus.
