This night, darker than most
out was lurking the ghost.

All Were Terrified
but I, I Was Petrified.

There were the whispers in the wind
from all the ghost who had sinned.

My lantern running low on kerosene,
the visions of spirits grew crude and Obscene.

With my home in sight,
my steps grow quicker from fear of the night.

I fly through the front door
shaking to my core.

There he stands
the tall and slender man.

My blood ran cold
the room began to smell of mold.

Not know what one could do, I froze.
My heart then sunken to my toes.
