frances loved meeting people. she's always found it easy, since she's so open to people and about herself. she also liked making new friends. meeting sam felt refreshing and fun. he was truly a really sweet guy, plus a great person to talk to and a great listener.
it had been hours, and the two were just there talking. "so, the vinnie rumors are actually true?" sam asked the girl who shrugged in response. "well, not really. we're not dating." frances replied, taking a sip of her coke.
"yeah, but hooking up. plus you guys are friends either way. i've read books and seen films, that never ends well." sam rose both eyebrows. the brunette shook her head, "no, trust me. there's no way vinnie and i would be anything other than fuck buddies or whatever." frances chuckled.
"we've known each other for quite some time. i think if we were to have had any feelings for each other, it would've already happened. does that make sense?" frances furrowed her eyebrows.
"well, i guess it does. but things change, and you never know." sam replied, eating a mozzarella stick.
frances shrugged, not thinking much of it. her point still stands, if anything were to change between them in a romantic sense, it would've already happened. if it hadn't by then, it wouldn't happen any time soon.
"now that we're on the topic. there's this girl, her name's zoe. she's in my agency, and i had a shoot with her today. she's like crazy beautiful, super nice too. but i don't know if i should ask her out." sam told the brunette, who grinned. frances loved romance.
"yes, do it!" frances gushed. "ask her out definitely." she concluded. "what if she says no?" sam frowned slightly. "you're not losing anything by asking her. don't think about what'll happen if she says no, just do it." frances smiled, the boy nodding.
"thank you, fran. today's been really fun." sam smiled at her. "i was right. you are a very nice person. i'm glad we're friends." he continued.
"me too, sam."
